Can Can

If an item is out of stock in the store, you must update it in the app immediately. I plan my time and leave for the store based on the preparation time shown, and then I end up waiting again for an item that is actually unavailable. This is a serious waste of my time, and if this continues, I will no longer place orders here, especially when my time is limited. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Today is the last day of the Thanksgiving long weekend, and I visited your restaurant with a friend around noon on November 30. I was very disturbed by how loud the kitchen staff and front counter employees were speaking, to the point that their voices filled almost the entire dining area. Because of the excessive noise, I was not able to focus on my conversation with my friend and felt very uncomfortable during the meal. I hope the restaurant can better control staff volume in the future so guests can enjoy a more comfortable dining experience.

As a Panda Express customer, the staff here refuse to listen to my orders just because they want to be fast. We constantly get the wrong order, and then we have to deal with the ridiculous flu of our delivery person. This level of staff and behavior is unacceptable. I bought a product I didn’t want just to avoid further embarrassment from the staff here. Train your staff so they don’t treat people this stupid. If they’re going to act this stupid, they should quit. No one has to bear the brunt of their troubles.

Took 35 minutes for me to receive my food, employee only wanted to pay attention to delivery drivers, even though there is a separate line for app order pickup. Faster to wait in line and order to go at the counter. Won’t be back again.

There isn’t a Panda Express in my area so when I saw there was one by a job I’m working on I had to go. I went 3 days within the week…. So good. I got Orange Chicken and Beef/Broccoli. The Portions are enormous and you just want more. 2 entrees, a side, and a drink was a little over $13. Good spot to throw into your takeout mix.

A staff member with a sore on her thumb touched the inside of my plate before serving my food, so I asked the manager for a new one. When I returned on Sunday for pickup, a girl ignored me, and another time my orange chicken was still frozen.

Would recommend the kung pao and mushroom chicken, but would not recommend the crispy sesame shrimp and beef.

I immediately left the building and had to write this review for Alyssa and Tiffany. Store was really busy and the DoorDash drivers were incredibly disrespectful and hostile but through it all Alyssa and Tiffany kept themselves professional. I work customer service so I know it takes patience. My order was stolen but Tiffany personally took my order again and got it to me in a timely manner. These two women are absolutely amazing, I hope they have incredible success now and in the future.

We came here after a long drive to get horrible service. We were told 5 minutes to wait for teriyaki chicken and we accepted it since 5 min isn’t bad. 15 min passed and still nothing. I go up say how long until it’s done and said how I was told it was going to be 5 min. The girl gave me an attitude saying “I never said that, I didn’t tell you 5 min”. Your staff did, it doesn’t matter who did. Then she said ok 2 minutes and still waited more than 5 min. It took us more than 20 min just to get thx Chicken. Our food was already cold at that point. Horrible waste of time.
