Do yourself a favor don’t eat there. The manager in this location is the worst . Not professional and very rude. I buy food in this location almost three times a week but every time the manager is there things go wrong . He just don’t care about the customers . He makes sloppy bowls and he has no idea about customer service. Every time you see him behind the counter just do yourself a favor and go to another place

This place blasts chipotle out of the competition honestly I go here when I'm nearby and they never fail they also switch up their specialty meat which is always good to have a different palate every now and then but the queso is to die for
Im visiting almost every day at this Location. I recommend if you’re customer chipotle across the street you have to change it to Qdoba ASAP. Morning shift staff is very friendly and food tastes amazing Thank You Guys !

Terrible experience at Qdoba in Medford. I’ve been to multiple Qdobas and this is the worst. The manager/cashier was rude and unprofessional. I never usually write bad reviews but this was terrible. The manager was muttering under his breath while I walked out. I asked for half and half meat and got charged for double. He said that’s how we do it and that I wanted everything for free. Super rude.

Service was extremely quick. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes from start of order, to cook and cash out. The server was accommodating and super nice. The cashier was good at asking if I need and thing else and offering more items

Tha food is really good but the service is super bad. The manager is rude, people have to speak 1 or 2 times to get help. Then the person at the cash register doesn't serve people because he's distracted by his girlfriend, hugging and kissing. I think that shouldn't happen during work hours.
