Would give 3.5 starts. Delicious *when the food is prepared correctly*, but it is not consistent. I've gone a few dozen times. Once or twice the rice was undercooked and one time they gave me pork instead of steak (online order).
Other than those experiences, I've loved the food (enough to go back 20+ times). IMO, better value than Chipotle as they do not up-charge for guac or queso.

Manager is horrible person and very rude. People dont change gloves despite saying I am vegetarian. When asked for fresh veggies they said take what we have or get out and threw my food away. Very bad food quality

The manager here is horrible and very rude person. I requested that they make fresh veggies as they looked stale he kept arguing that its fresh. We told him that this seems like health issue and then they said take it or get out. Dirty and bad quality food. Dont go here

I dont know why but staff was so rude to me, i ordered online the veggie bowl then when i went there my order was not prepared and i told them could you please keep the corn salsa and pica de galo separate, instead of that they gave every sauces , guac , cheese , sour cream, queso cheese and everthing on side with very very small amount,the bowl was not even half filled like it was almost empty, rice and beans was very less and they did not gave the nacho stripes which i already put on order and when i gentley told them that i just want the 2 sauces separate they literally told me" its already done now go" if i am paying 13.8$ for something i should get a full filled up bowl and better service. Like this is litterally not acceptable I am shy so i could not even argue with them.

I love Qdoba. This was my first at this location, and I was not too impressed. The first girl who helped me was great, very friendly. When she passed the food on to the next girl who finished adding the other items, the girl just was putting whatever she didn't understand English nor Spanish because I speak Spanish. I ordered a salad with a shell, and then when she was putting it together, she squished the shell with her hand to break it that defeated the purpose so not too impressed with their service. But I will say on a whole QDOBA is my go-to, just maybe not that location. The employees should at least understand English. Especially when people are ordering in paying for it, it should be what they're asking for!

Went right @ opening hoping to get hot/fresh meat. Flavors were decent but meat, rice & beans all cold. 140 is the food safety “keep warm” temp & they certainly do not achieve that. Very disappointed. Waste of $20

The food is always fresh and delicious. Sometimes the workers are a little grumpy but most of the time they are pleasant. The location is ideal with a lot of parking.
