Food was excellent! Drinks well Done! Service quick and efficient. Noise level was very high, need some drapes and acoustics panels to calm down the noise. Cement Floors don't help! We will be back!!!

I ordered the fusilli Sophia which stated it came with and Crabmeat in a vodka sauce. When the dish arrived, it had three medium shrimp and no crabmeat..... when we were finally able to track down our waitress, she explained the the sauce is just cooked w crabmeat, then gets strained out!!???? I pointed out that it wasn't what was written on the menu. She offered to get me another dish but my dinner mate was half way through her dinner...

First time at Raso's, but not the last. The only problem was the difficulty in finding a parking space. Other than that, everyone was warm and friendly. Our meals were delicious and hot. I hate to get a meal that has been sitting waiting for the server to pick up. Everything was fresh, especially the stuffed zuccini flowers! We had Bolognese, Eggplant Parm, Pork Chop with peppers. We all agreed to come back and try some of the other dishes.

First, we'd had the bread out of the basket and on our plates. When they noticed the basket empty they asked if we wanted more, we said no, so they took the basket, but also grabbed the oil (which we WERE still using) and were gone before we could say anything. The bolognese was ok, the sauce was a little sweet. The chicken Marsala wasn't even edible it was like chicken swimming in a sickly sweet syrup. It was the runniest carbonara sauce that I've ever seen. And the vodka sauce was also very sweet. It feels like they add sugar to everything. The one thing I will say that was very good was the dessert. The lemon cake and the spumoni were both very good.

We love Raso's. It's our go to Friday date night. Staff is friendly and attentive. Never had a bad meal! Muscles Fra Diablo and Eggplant stack always great appetizer. Haddock stuffed with crabmeat, pork chop Marsala, any of the Parma and steak tips always amazing! Great beer and drink selection. Best Espresso Martini I've had. We've even had them cater family functions. Very accommodating, great portions and everyone always raves about the food. Highly recommend!

Always a solid place to check out. The staff is kind, and the food is delicious. Parking can be a bit of a pain but worth it in the end. Highly recommend their espresso martini's too!

Been to Raso's countless times and will continue to do so. It is bustling every night of the week. Perhaps the packed bar is in part due to their broad martini menu (haven't tried a bad one yet). But everything about it is exactly what you want for an easy-going Italian restaurant in Medford. The vibe is comfortable - a friendly crew of staff who will happily recognize regulars, always good tunes in the background at a respectable volume, nice decor but no frills. Parking lot is small and cramped. In the evening, people tend to take their chances and park in the right lane of Mystic Ave, since the lot fills up. Now that I've explained how Raso's passes the vibe check, and implied that you could simply have the time of your life consuming their martinis and nothing else, I'd also like to complement the food. We get the grilled artichoke appetizer every time (sometimes two or three orders of it) and it is fantastically tender, with a light lemony dressing over a bed of greens. We clear the plate every time. Before Raso's, I never gave artichokes a second thought, but now I dream of them. Have legitimately called in a to-go order of just the artichokes. Anyways, great arancini as well, great pasta and seafood dishes, and you can order a breaded chicken cutlet with most entrees, which is nice and crispy, but also huge, so be warned. They're always trying new things with the pizza too - classic kind of crust with a tiny char on the edge. They even have some real Italian desserts, like Spumoni! Some people will say the food is average. I say, if you're looking for some kind of revolutionary experience, you're simply in the wrong place. Raso's experiments within the bounds of a classic Italian-American menu, they do it with class, and the staff are genuine. My humble suggestion is that they don't change a thing. Vivi il Raso's.

I used to enjoy raso's. The dining room needs a decorators touch. The martinis are big and beautiful, and the chicken, bacon, and ranch pizza were really good. Thank goodness the waitress looked at pizza to-go because it was missing the ranch drizzle. The chicken parm I thought was a safe choice, but honestly, it was deep fried, not easy to cut, and the sauce tasted like Ragu from a jar. Hopefully, this place wants to get the restaurant up to speed or just turn it into Raso's bar.
