Walked in and ordered a small pizza, initial wait was 15 min. I came back after 15 min and they said its taking a little long so told me to come back in 30 minutes. Came back and said its still not ready, saying its gonna take another hour because of the online orders. ?????????? Why prioritize online orders over waiters who literally walked in the store? and for an hour for a small CHEEZE pizza is absurd. should recheck on priorities and customer service, defo not worth my money

I don't usually write these things. Extravagant service I've had at this place. I got takeout last Saturday night and it was delicious. A young lady Amanda I think her name was, was extremely kind and was being very nice when I had to wait a while and was often checking on my order without me having ask. Very polite girl. superb service. Amazing.

I have wanted to try Regina Pizza for years. I walked in and asked if they did slices of pizza to go. They said yes, just cheese and pepperoni. I ordered one slice of cheese, paid $4.25, and they said 5 min. 10 min later I asked and they said it shouldnât be long. 5 min after that they said they were backed up and not sure. 5 min later I asked again and said I had to leave soon. They finally went to the kitchen and made sure the slice was put in the oven and said it would be 2-3 min. Finally after 20 total min of waiting I received my one slice of cheese. Very average slice of pizza. They have lost my business forever. Ridiculous to wait 20 min for one slice of cheese pizza when they initially said 5 min.

One Star - for the very pleasant/professional person who took my phone order. How difficult is it, to cut a pizza into reasonably equal slices?! Our pizza was sliced into ridiculously disproportionate pieces. 3 of the pieces were cut smaller than one 1/8 of a pumpkin pie. It wasnât just that those pieces were thinner than a normal eight-slice pizza would be, they werenât even as long from crust to tip as an eight/slice piece of Pizza should be. Also, the pizza was cooked way too long. My daughter picked it up, and when they showed it to her, she saw how dark it was, but she thought perhaps I had ordered it to be cooked longer, but I hadnât. Very disappointing. I wonât be back. We only ordered from Regina, because the family member who doesnât care for Regina pizza wasnât eating with us last night. Now, The rest of us have been soured on Regina pizza. Weâre definitely sticking with our favorite- Alfredoâs Italian Kitchen, in Somerville.

Beautiful mix of classic and modern inside. Staff was awesome and personable. The food, the drinks, delicious. The pizza sauce was savory, the drinks were measured and smooth and made the pizza flavors pop. Seriously, if you're thinking about it, do it.

I placed a time sensitive order on Ubereats for my childâs daycare class that needed to be delivered by 11:45am. At 11:25am, ubereats app time changed and said that delivery was updated to 12:40pm. I called the restaurant in a panic and they said that UE still hadnât sent the order through so I placed it on the phone and they rushed the order for me and even double-cut the slices to be easier for the kids to eat. I picked it up to deliver it myself and they handed it right to me when I ran in and wished me luck.
They bent over backwards to help me get pizza on time to a bunch of preschoolers and I canât thank them enough.
(Also their pizza continues to be amazing)

Waste of time. I donât usually leave bad reviews but cmon. I waited 2 hours for them to make me a single large cheese pizza. And kept telling me it wasnât ready yet, waited another 15 minutes asked again and said it wasnât ready. Called in the order at 5:05 and still wasnât ready by 7:20. Ended up just walking out of there. Waste of time

I loooove Regina Pizza! Stopped at their Medford location and the manager raises the bar in customer service. While waiting for my order, I witnessed him speak to many regular patrons, keeping up with an elderly manâs dayâ events, to another family that noticed he changed his schedule ! Those are definitely the employees you want managing a crew - fabulous, gracious atmosphere - I was so impressed I asked for his name !! Yessss, my meat lovers pizza was fabulous, no pictures bc i ate it in the car on a drive to NH đ

My husband and I stumbled upon this place while visiting the Boston area. We are from Chicago and eat a lot of pizza - this pizza was great! It was cooked perfectly. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but we had a great experience and would come back if we were in Boston again.
