Rose’s Chinese Restaurant is my go-to spot for delicious, reasonably priced Chinese cuisine. While it may not boast fancy decor or elaborate presentations, it more than makes up for it with its flavorful dishes and welcoming atmosphere. Whether I’m craving classic favorites like General Gau’s chicken or exploring new menu items, Rose’s consistently delivers tasty meals that leave me satisfied every time. Plus, with prices that won’t break the bank, it’s a win-win. If you’re looking for no-frills, authentic Chinese food that hits the spot, Rose’s is the place to go.

called to ask about what combination plate they offered with lo mein and the woman who answered couldn't help me No combination menu items available with lo mein on any websites for this place I've been a customer for years, not gonna go back anymore. My husband likes the house rice but I can't get a simple combination plate of lo mein A million other places I can go to Liked this place because it was close to home Oh well, time to find another place.

Although I came this restaurant in the dinner time, it was easy to sit in some seats. The dishes that we order came soon after we ordered. I felt this restaurant was great for casual lunch or dinner.

Terrible service. My recent visit to Rose Chinese left much to be desired. The overall dining experience was quite subpar, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Firstly, the ambiance was lackluster, with an atmosphere that failed to evoke any sense of comfort or appeal. The restaurant's interior seemed outdated and poorly maintained, creating an unappealing environment. The service was equally disappointing. The staff appeared disinterested and inattentive, making the dining process frustrating. Our orders took an unusually long time to arrive, and when they did, the dishes lacked the freshness and flavor one would expect from a Chinese restaurant. The menu offered a limited selection, and the quality of the food did not live up to even basic expectations. The flavors were bland, and the presentation left much to be desired. It's disheartening to see a restaurant fall short in delivering the essence of Chinese cuisine.

Ordering online was easy but when the food arrived it was inaccurate (a vegetarian dish became pork fried rice and a teriyaki stick... With a small veg side) there was also a piece of metal trash mixed in.:-(

This was the worst food i’ve had in my life. The pad thai was so incredibly plain I didn’t even finish it. The tidbit (2nd picture) was $20 and not worth it for the amount of food. The chow mein (3rd picture) isnt even chow mein??? like tf is that. The total (not including tip or fees) was $50.60. This was the biggest waste of money ever. I had to order dominos to make up for this. Me and my friend didnt finish any of this.

Best lo mein I've had in years! The sesame chicken is good too. Nice and crunch coating with big juicy bites of chicken, it's not over battered where you get more batter than chicken. The ratio is just right. Low key dinning area with great quality taste.

I ordered luncheon kung pao chicken, and what I got was a pound of flavorless fried rice, no pork in it at all, and a heaping serving of celery with a few bite sized pieces of chicken and a couple of peanuts, horrible. It came with 2 chicken wings- dired out- one was so small it looked rotten. Such a shame. I should have opened the box there before I picked up my takeout. Never again!!!

Why the hell is there green pepper chunks in the sweet and sour sauce. That's gross. They don't give enough duck sauce for the portions. Only 1 of 3 fortune cookies had a fortune. I ordered pickup, I didn't eat inside but it looks like the typical small Chinese food restaurant. Staff seemed like they were on another planet.

I haven't written a review in years, but this felt like it needed attention brought to it. The food was good. HOWEVER, the greed and gall is hard to swallow. You can see my order attached. Their website's description of the item, and my request. I understand not all restaurants will submit to special requests, and that's fine. However, what they did was classless. Instead of making the substitution, or just not complying and giving the crab rangoon anyway, they simply deleted the crab rangoon and didn't make up for them in any way. I received 4 chicken wings, 2 chicken teriyaki, and not a lot of boneless spareribs. So they took my money for the crab rangoon, and kept the crab rangoon. Very disappointing to essentially not get something you paid for.

Food quality is fine for most Americans. Prices have shot up significantly without an increase in quality ingredients or recipes. I understand complaining about authentic Asian cuisine in America is a moot point, but I've had better for 50% of the price.

I ordered on GrubHub and the food came quickly. I ordered a variety of things. Every single items was only mediocre. None of the food had actual flavor. It was all just tasteless. I would skip this place if your looking to order in the area.
