We dealt with Maeghan Phillips for the ordering process. She was amazing, always responsive and very flexible. We were able to customize quantities for everything, and get exactly what we wanted. She always responded to our emails and questions. The delivery was on time, and everything came piping hot and very well packaged. All of guests raved about the food, the selection was exactly what we wanted. The food was delicious! We will definitely be hiring them again in the future! My only regret is not having found this hidden gem earlier. After realizing the pizza place across the street was closed fate lead me into Simple Fare. Boy am I happy that pizza place was closed, because Simple Fare will be my new go-to for take out. The food is delicious the portions are filling and the staff is great.

You only have one chance to make a good first impression. I walked in to pick up my online order. I was never greeted or acknowledged. They were busy making meals and two other customers were waiting so I just waited behind them in their super small space. When the woman finally came to the counter she never acknowledged anyone but said, "sure hope one of you is Sarah." I picked it up and left with no other words exchanged. When I got home my first bite was so bad I had to spit it out. (Turkey sandwich) I couldn't even eat the fries they were so salty. My dining partner had the same experience with the Pilgrim sandwich. Disappointing. Will not return and definitely would not recommend.
