Burgers are decent, but often they'll get minor order details wrong. Service and waits goes to complete chaos when it gets even moderately busy. Inside is very echoey and loud.

This location frequently locks their door 20+ mins early and every time I race over to 5 Guys instead where they still serve you right until the last minute before closing time. As I wrote this 3 other ppl tried to walk in and then went to Panera instead.
