Terrible experience all children working there and I ordered a burger and been waiting 30 minutes for a damn burger n fries with 6 people in the store. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

This is my first time eating at Smashburger, and I have to say I was not disappointed! The first thing I got was the tractor strawberry dragon fruit drink, and it was phenomenal! Although you have to get everything a la carte that actually made it a little easier for me. So I got the barbecue bacon burger with extra barbecue, and I got the crispy chicken sandwich with barbecue added! Everything was made to order, and I did not have to wait very long. Lena, the manager, was phenomenal. She explained the menu very well, but most importantly, the food was delicious!Parking: I was able to park directly in front of the store!

The help was prompt and friendly, but my food was just meh. The burger looks good but didn't taste like anything in particular, and the french fries were tired. Dining room is a typical fast food dining room, maybe a bit dark.

Worst place I’ve ever been to. Double burger and Onion rings $17. The burger, lettuce was black, rotten grease soaked bun dripping… I didn’t even try to eat it. 4 onion rings 1$ a piece. Do yourself a favor go to Buffalo Wild Wings and get an all American burger for half the price and it comes with fries.

Ordered a burger and my wife found a hair in the burger patty. The manager issued a refund, but it ruined the experience for my wife.

I haven't been to smash burger since the summer. Me and my boyfriend loved their Cobb salads. What a surprise when we went back. The salad was half the size and everything was thrown around. No toppings and it just tasted like a side salad purchased from a shitty fast food restaurant. I ordered their chicken tenders which also were disgusting. The tenders are all breading and no meat. The wings were dry and needed to be baked or fried longer. It's such a shame that smash burger has gone down drastically. The person taking our order was not approachable and just hated her job. There was trash everywhere and overflowing trash barrels. The person putting the orders together was wearing the same gloves she was picking trash up with. If I can rate this place something lower than the star I would. Terrible terrible terrible. Bring back the traditional clean smash burger. Burger King and McDonald's is not my thing but these places are doing a much better job.

Great burger - the triple classic is just simply crave-worthy. The fish sandwich during lent and the chicken are sneaky good. The staff has always been very nice. Lena in particular is an All Star!
