Wow, where do I start. Let me just describe the coffee. I ordered a venti, where half was just straight up foam (7.58$ btw) the coffee itself however, was the real disappointment. Imagine if someone drank your coffee and gargled it deeply in their throat after eating expired tuna and dirt. Truly a shameful experience, as I am writing this from a satellite toilet by the highway. Never forgive these corporate criminals that have taken over and taken away a truly sacred thing - a good coffee in the morning.

So unprofessional. All the guests waiting for their orders got to view a skeptical of an employee commenting to their superior about the other team members, but not before the superior and all other baristas threw her under the bus for her performance. Not to mention the whole team pausing to focus on this rather the guests periodically. I’m in cooperate too and I understand when an employee is not pulling their weight, but there’s a time and place. Do better.

I ordered a coffee with my personal cup. At other locations , they always have 10 cents off for personal cup.But at there , they don’t give it. When I asked, they had no idea about it. Then two of employees yelling at me “ here is your coffee , you gotta pay , you can go now”One star rating had nothing to do with 10 cents discount , it’s more about the attitude, also they did not know their job wellFirst time stop by this location , also the last time.
