They shouldn't allow dogs, that are not service dogs. Due to health codes such as animal fur which will travel to foods left uncovered. Service animals are different from emotional support dogs. Service dogs are trained not to react to other animals or people. Unless their person is having a medical emergency. They are trained to bark in order to bring attention and help to the patient.

Honestly it's a hit or miss. Some employees take their time others rush, it's like where are you rushing to go. Consistency is key customers will start to notice. My drink was the new pumpkin they forgot my cinnamon ?

The male store manager consistently displays a poor attitude whenever I place a customized order. He often mumbles and seems unhappy about making the order. He's ruined my drink several times. Yesterday, he even spilled my drink, but instead of making a new one, he simply cleaned the cup and handed it back to me.

Ordered a venti chai w a double shot of espresso this morning around 11:32am. It did not have any espresso in it so I kindly came back stood there a bit & finally made the taller blonde guy aware, he responded “you don’t think it has any?” Umm I’m 100% sure you WILL be able to taste even a shot of espresso in an iced chai tea. Plus the cup usually has a darker brown color given it’s a dirty chai. I’m telling you my venti cup has no espresso. I responded “no”….he had an attitude took my cup and they remade it. But this time my chai tea was ALL ESPRESSO & soy milk & NO CHAI. I took it and left to work because he seems miserable and purposely did it and I won’t waste my time with them, it took a while for them to remake it as well (not complaing about that idk how busy they were back there) and wouldav been late. Just won’t waste my time at the location anymore.
