This morning I got a drink order here. However, I noticed that my drink was a bit lighter than usual, so I asked them to change the matcha to me a little darker because on the order I chose extra scoop. But today there was a girl standing in the counter with an impolite and rude attitude towards customers. When I talked normally, she shouted at me with very unpleasant words. Every day I come here and order drinks but have never encountered such a situation. They are unprofessional and behave like a thug!

Truly my favorite Starbucks in the area. The staff are not only fantastic at the dance of getting everyone their drinks quickly without knocking onto each other, but they also find the time to speak with the customers and support us. I can't have caffeine, so you'd think Starbucks isn't my spot, but they've helped me craft amazing drinks.Parking: Everyone is in and out so quickly, even during the rush, it's easy to find parking because someone's pulling out wherever anyone else is pulling in

Did a mobile order and it was really fast here despite how BUSY this place gets (very high traffic area!). My fave part about this part though is the staff. They're so friendly, diverse group of ppl, always willing to chat about random topics, and so pleasant haha.... I don't get Starbs/coffee a lot but when I do it's always nice coming here bc the staff are so great and their drinks taste good.Also strongly recommend the Starbs rice krispie bars if you haven't already tried So yummy haha! I went through a phase with them.
