Look, I didn't know about the water policy change - for over 20 years Starbucks has always given free water to folks even without a purchase. The barista, cocking his head, rolling his eyes and laughing at me for asking and telling me I was MONTHs out of date ruined my evening after a long walk on a hot day. The service here will probably ruin your day too.

They mistakenly gave me hazelnut, but Iāll let it slide because it was still quite yummy :)

Worst experience. 5:30 am, freezing cold outside, need some coffee to wake up. There was some technical issue with the store that required a 5 min reboot of their systems and they asked me to wait OUTSIDE! These people are insane!!

They usually mess up our order, I don't know why. They gave my husband a cookie instead of a croissant and they put dragon fruit instead of strawberries in the pink drink. He actually told them that the color of the drink looked different, but they assured him it was okay. I really don't like the taste of dragon fruit seeds so I can't drink it. It's okay if this happens one time but these kinds of things happened with this Starbucks before too. I'll try to go to another one next time.
