Was told they put ingredients away for cold foam over an hour before they closed, and the employee was on the phone when trying to order. Ordered a regular matcha with lavender instead, drink did not enough matcha power or lavender in as it looked tasted/like milk. Extremely disappointed, do not recommend.

What kind of Starbucks isn't ready to serve people at 8am on a Monday morning???? C'mon management. Get with the program. The crew is nice and tries their best but they are not well trained or stocked. This location is not only open later than every Starbucks in existence, but they lack a lot of basic items. You can't even get a blonde roast here (unless you do the blonde espresso roast as an Americano which costs more). Really inconvenient for people who work nearby and rely on this for morning coffee.

Hours are erratic. Always understaffed. They open late depending on when the employee arrives (again, related to understaffing). Went there this weekend at 10:55am and was immediately turned away by the barista because she was "going on a break" and had no one to cover. I recommend going to any other Starbucks within a 5 mile radius unless you enjoy rolling the dice every time you visit this location.
