If I had the option to give 0 star then I would have given it. The employee was outright rude and was behaving as if he is giving the food for free and didn’t have a common courtesy. The food quantity was too little. I guess they just want to make profit even if it means bad reputation. Please do not bother going here.

Me and my friend went in last night to get some food as it said online that it was open until 1am for some late night food. when we walked in the worker was making an order and someone had just left with an order. We waited to be helped and he didn’t even say hi, just gave us a dirty look and said no bread, as he was making a sandwich… we asked if he had wraps and he said there was nothing left in the store, as he was still making a sandwich. Horrible customer service, we came in almost more than an hour before they closed and still couldn’t get food, don’t stay open if you have nothing to serve your customers and also don’t lie to their faces about not being able to give them food when you can.

They will SCAM YOUR MONEY if you are not careful! I ordered a footlong ham which costed $9.50, but got charged with some other combo sandwich that costed $12! BE VERY CAREFUL WITH PRICE!

I’m in disbelief of how downhill Subway has gone lmao I haven’t been in a few years but the bread is more like a breadstick. I got Titan Turkey one of their “subway series” sandwiches with 33% MORE MEAT!!! This literally has like 3 pieces of turkey. I guess shrinkflation is how they’ve kept their prices and still is able to sponsor professional sports teams??? Don’t trust the Korean dramas, they make subway subs look way too good. Instead go drive down to Wegmans for an ELITE sub for like the same price. No hate on the service though, it was fine and pleasant enough for me.
Good customer service is key in a successful business and they clearly lack on that, I hope that they can learn and grow from unsatisfied customers and be better at providing service to people in general. Very disappointing!

Sandwich is standard, but stuffs were unconcerned. When the stuff passed me the bag, the handle was broken. I just asked him if I could get a new bag, he said I could hold the bag so that I didn't have to use the handle. If you are running a store, you should recommend this stuff to your competitors, he could definitely ruin their business.

I like Subway and this is my favorite Subway location. I prefer this location because of the excellent staff. At this location, there is a young lady named, Mannu, who is always pleasant, helpful, and attentive. I always enjoy the sandwiches she makes as she uses just the right amount of ingredients and toppings. She also remembers what sandwiches and beverages I've ordered from previous visits. Anytime I visit this location, I hope Mannu is working, because she always provides good service and a pleasant experience.
