My sons drive 30+ minutes to come here once a week that’s how good it is, it’s the only restaurant they even go to. Great food and awesome family style service, will not disappoint!

If you're new to Korean BBQ this is a good place to start! The menu isn't overwhelming and the food is tasty. They're always pretty packed, but we managed to get a table for 5 on a Saturday night. There's a 90 minute table limit which helps with the turnover.

First time going , staff was really nice. The shorter guy server that was refilling water and what not was very sweet and the waitress was fantastic as well. The bus lady that kept changing the grill was nice as well. Also the playlist was good as well. Mr server guy you had some kind eyes! I live in Rhode Island and came out with my friend, he loves the food 10/10 would recommend!! Thanks for being hospitalible and to the taller server guy , I apologize my friends like to tease me a lot. Hope you didn’t take it to heart . The food was really good go for the food you’ll like it!

I sincerely love this place. Every time I go there I have a amazing time with my family. We always make sure to ask the waiter/waitress for everything we need the first time they go to our table. It's pretty busy somedays. I never had a problem asking for more things after, but it's just much easier if you know what you want and ask everything together so you don't need to wait.Parking: There are some free and paid parking spaces in the side and back of the building.

Honestly has the flavorless food the servers are a bit rude and there are rules to everything to what you can order how long you have to eat when it says “ all you can eat” and EXTREMELY over priced when the food at a 25$ all you can eat buffet has 1000000% more flavor.

I would rate no stars if I could. Not at all what is advertised. No efficient customer service skills here at all. Since gratuity is included by 20 percent. The waiter did not come to the table at all to check in or even ask for anything else we needed. Proper utensils were not given especially having to cook your own meal. Such a disgrace for an establishment honestly.

Love this place, despite this place being busy I never had to wait for a table. (Even on New Hears Eve!) food is always good as well as the drinks. It’s a good place to have a relaxing fun time with friends. No gimmicks just good food. I would give it 5 stars but the last time I visited my server seemed to be disinterested in actually serving my table. The staff though is normally very very friendly and professional, can’t wait to visit again.Parking: Parking lot is located behind the restaurant.

Food quality is very good and way better that it used to be a few years ago. Worth more than what uou gave to pay for. No need to go to any A La Carte Korean BBQ to spend way much more. The service is good. Staff is attentive and caring. They have improved the service a lot! But I gave 3stars for the atmosphere because of the background music. Japanese manga music kinda ruined my appetite? But overall 5stars for Sura!
