We hosted our client appreciation event at The Great American Beer Hall on Sunday and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From our first interaction with the event coordinator, Vinny, to the day of the event, everything was seamless and easy. The team was accommodating, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lively and fun. Our guests loved the space, and so did we. Thank you for helping make our event such a success!

The Great American Beer Hall is a unique and impressive venue. It has a fantastic, modern, industrial vibe with high ceilings, sleek floors, and giant screens—perfect for watching a game. Plus, they offer fun entertainment options like Golden Tee and darts. The selection of beer at the main floor bar is extensive and top-notch.
I recently attended an event using the upstairs balcony, and that experience was a bit disappointing. While the venue is gorgeous, the upstairs bar was severely understaffed for the crowd size. Adding to the issue, the beer variety included in the open bar package was surprisingly thin compared to the huge selection downstairs. The lack of staff combined with the limited selection meant guests were often forced to go to the main bar and pay for better options, even though they were the same price point.

The buffet food provided was acceptable but not a highlight.

Ultimately, this is a cool, visually striking venue with an incredible main bar. However, event organizers should be aware that the service and beverage variety on the upper level need significant improvement.

I truly love the space and the vibe. I am really looking forward to coming back here as a member of a small group or by myself to check out the main floor experience so that I can give this a review that is reflective of what most people experience here versus someone who is a guest at a party.

One of our favorite businesses in Medford. The vibe is excellent and there is plenty of room to spread out. They are very kid friendly and you’ll often see lots of kids before 7 PM when it transitions to a younger crowd. We love the outdoor space (including the balcony) when the weather is nice and it is an excellent place to watch a game because of their enormous projector TVs. I’d highly recommend!

LOVE this spot! I rented two large tables upstairs for my book club meet up and Vinny was an amazing coordinator. The food was delicious, drinks were amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. Everyone had a blast and we will be going back in November for our next meet up!

We had a fantastic time hosting my son's 2nd bday party at the brewery. We ordered a ton of food - which was fast and delicious - and guests got their own drinks. Great spot, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating when we wanted to move inside last minute. Just to keep in mind, it can get very loud inside!

I hosted a surprise party here for about 40 people. Vinny was extremely responsive and helpful with the planning of everything. The private space was great, the staff were friendly and the food was delicious. I would definitely host a party here again!

The parking lot was full but there was plenty of space once inside. Decent selection of beverages and food, but the not very good music is SO loud inside that you have to shout to speak to the people next to you, which only adds to the noise level. A staff member came over to prevent us from sitting at a larger table, as the one were sitting at wasn’t big enough once we got our food. The table that were shooed away from sat empty the whole time we were there. Not sure it’s worth a second visit

We had a wonderful party for our daughter’s first birthday here! Everyone loved the space, it was exceptionally easy to plan and the food and drinks were great!

Denied free tap water by Jon the bar tender we asked to speak to the manager and he was extremely rude but gave us some.

Disappointed in the selection of beers. Bartender didn't know what a marzen/fest beer was and didn't bother to ask coworkers. Spread of food was pretty good at the event I attended with tasty street corn and kabobs in addition to the usual food. No condiments for hamburgers and hotdogs was a big fail.

Love the drink selection, how spacious and lively this place is, the outdoor seating, being able to come with a large group. But they need to figure out the food situation. I know it’s not the focus, but I definitely won’t be ordering food here again. I’ll either eat before or leave to find food.

The only thing that’s even slightly worthwhile are the nachos, and that’s mainly due to quantity, not quality. The wraps were very underwhelming and tough to justify for the price. The latest offense were the pizzas. I got a cheese pizza and Buffalo chicken pizza and they were just crackers with a light sprinkle of toppings. I’m used to paying more everywhere I go now, but the quality for what you’re paying is way below what I’m willing.

Would much prefer being able to bring your own food or a rotation of food trucks.
