A customer with serious issues came in and started demeaning the workers for hanging up on him. I appreciated how they were able to respectfully resolve the situation and still get our orders out

SOOO GOOD?? Why is it not as popular than McDonald's, it definitely deserve as much credit, it's VERY cheap lots of options, staff are willing to help, they made a mistake with my order but they fixed it so yes it's fine. Definitely 9/10 it's wayyy better than McDonald's.

They have an amazing manager Ana there. I messed up my order. It got corrected but mixed up. I called and spoke to Ana and she went above and beyond to correct the mistake and made sure it was satisfied.

I hate to leave a bad review but every single time I’ve been to this location something goes wrong. usually they forget things and I have to loop back around the drive thru or go inside, sometimes I receive the wrong items, but this time I had placed a mobile order just before 2 am, according to google they were open until 2:30 am. I arrived around 2:10 to them being closed and were not able to make anything that I had ordered, which sucks but not the workers fault that the hours are wrong. What was most frustrating is not being able to get a refund when I was there or through the app. They gave me a receipt and told me to go back the next day and explain the situation to get a refund. This Wendy’s is about 15-20 mins drive from me, which is a whole lot of work to get money back for food I never received! They definitely need a better system in many ways.

Ordering through the kiosk may reduce staffing needs, but it isn't straight forward when making changes. I ordered a 2 JBC meal, made changes to what I thought would be both sandwiches...it was not. But as always, the fries were fantastic

Quality has fallen like a rock in water. Switched to shredded lettuce, meat is tasteless and definitely frozen, and the fries taste like cardboard, even after having them seconds after they were cooked.
On top of the AI and automated menu system, the place feels soulless and devoid of humanity. The workers there are friendly, and I think management does all they can, but by God the quality has nosedived, due to, in my estimation, upper management and profit chasing. Absolutely sickening.

Nice as heck ! like I can't walk in the door without feeling as welcome as freaking anything. I would put this wendies on top of my list of best fast food within 55 miles of downtown Boston NO CAP 🧢🧢🧢

Understaffed… and the staff they do have work with no sense of urgency and joke around all day and pay no attention to who walks in. I been in front of the counter for 10 mins no one has come to take my order. I’m writing this as we speak!

This is the worst location EVER. Its always Dirty inside. Items missing out of my order. The employees are rude and absolutely clueless. They need to be re trained. This is upper management's fault because it's been this way for a very long time. I thought id give it a shot today and BOOM same exact issues. DO BETTER WENDYS. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN.
