This place always forgets something every time I come here. Me and my wife were excited to come tonight and of course they forgot half our order and we didn’t realize this until we got home. I understand your busy but placing an order with the AI drive thru sucks and then when your staff comes on to help they make it worse choose one or the other.

My aunt applied and they told her to come in Saturday at 5:20. There was a rude Haitian manager telling her it’s busy, for her to leave and come back Monday. She comes back Monday and they told her the same thing. Terrible service, terrible managers. They are so rude over there. Not a place I’d like her to work anyways very unprofessional.

My card ripped because the insufficient managers taught their employees to hand the card w the food rather than the card and the receipt last. Awful training, awful coordination, awful AI BOT at the intercom.

Put in a mobile order and then drove to the place. My order was on the screen and then said ready yet no food… waited over 45 mins for my order. Watching ppl come and go. Food is as finally ready but they had no Cinnabon so I had to wait longer for a refund. And to top it off wasn’t fully refunded. The worst fast food experience I’ve had.

I give this place a disgusting review when I was there with my kids and my husbands burger patty was not cooked correctly.and my kid found a blonde hair in this burger if your a regular please never go again!

Food is usually ALWAYS COLD. I actually ordered a Cinnabon pull apart bread 2 weeks ago and it looked like a hockey puck I WISH I WAS KIDDING. And now tonight I ordered a 6 piece spicy nugget and didn’t get my sauce. Not getting sauce that you ordered through a robot pmo fr.
