Work Hard Eat Good Jamaican Food Truck

If I didn’t eat it so fast, I would’ve taken a picture lol. The food was 11/10. Seasoned, jerk mango wings were juicyyy and the steak tips with the sauce? Wow. The owner cooks the food, was sooooo sweet to us and donates food too!! 10/10 experience from the food to the interaction. WILL be back.

On October 31, 2025, I had a very busy day at work. I left feeling very tired and hungry. I was near this place and I felt like buying a meal. The food is delicious. The chicken has a wonderful flavor and the rice is amazing; I liked it so much that I had to go back the next day to buy it again. I was craving this dish, which is the same one I tried before; it's fantastic, with an incredible flavor.

The chicken,🔥 the steak fire🔥 The wings, 🔥 Every thing on the menu is fire🔥 I don’t know how he does it but he sure knows what he doing!!! I can’t say nothing but positive things about this restaurant. I come here daily! Nothing but fresh ingredient’s. Where else can you get good quality food nowadays for a great without feeling guilty after eating it. I’ve been here so many times I had to put my mom’s on, now she hook! Shout out to you Gabriel! Keep blessing people stomach and putting smiles on people faces.

Stopped here after work to grab somethin quick to eat, and I wasn’t disappointed. The jerk chicken with the mango salad and rice was delicious. Tender, flavorful, no gristle. Loved it. I added a photo of their steak tips that I got for my wife. I took a bite, please don’t tell her.

Medford can feel a little plain sometimes, so finding Work Hard Eat Good was exactly what I needed. Real flavor, real passion, and great energy. The food is delicious every time, and you can tell the owner cares deeply about his craft and his customers. It’s a Black-owned business that brings authentic taste and warmth to the area. Definitely one of my favorite spots around!

Absolutely amazing food every single time. Everything tastes so fresh and full of flavor — you can tell they really care about what they’re serving. I find myself coming here at least twice a week because it’s just that good. The portions are generous, the seasonings are perfect, and the whole vibe is always welcoming. Easily one of the best food trucks around. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out!
