Food was so good and portions were really big. Service was so slow, we wanted to order more drinks and dessert but we were so tired of waiting we just wanted to leave, maybe next time we'll be able to try more things
Delicious food with ample portions. Yummy teriyaki, katsu, kung pao chicken, rolls, and sushi.
The food was great. The atmosphere was upbeat and lively, but still romantic and comfortable. It's a great mixture of great food, relaxed atmosphere with a Boston vibe. Highly suggest the Udon noddles, spicy tuna crispy rice and gyoza!
An extensive menu with lots of choices. Our host ordered something they enjoyed on a previous visit, and I was pleased with the quality of my go-to sushi order.
Editing my review based on a quick and appreciated response. We look forward to coming back
I came as a party of 6 on a Thursday night, we did make a reservation in advanced just in case. We got a sushi boat and a Celtics roll for the table, and the sushi was delicious! It is on the pricier side. $$ similar to the Fuji chains but the quality is there. Entrees were okay. I got the yakisoba which I was expecting buckwheat noodles, but it was the Chinese stir fry so I was a bit disappointed. My partner got the chicken katsu curry, which was heavy on the coconut milk and more of a Thai curry instead of a Japanese curry, which was also not as expected. Presentation of it was a bit odd, they brought a separate bowl containing the curry for you to pour on to it.
Service was a bit slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t really full. I’m assuming there was only 1 server for the entire restaurant with the pacing we saw.
Very good! a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!
So happy we finally had a chance to try Yoki Japanese Restaurant & Bar in Medford, MA. Located at 62 Station Landing, this place offers a vast menu with so many options for everyone. They have comfortable seating and lovely decor that create a fun atmosphere and they also have indoor and outdoor dining. But, what truly sets this restaurant apart is the exceptional staff, like Haylee, who provided a perfect dining experience from the moment we entered, Haylee went over and beyond and you can tell she really cares about the customers overall experience.
All the food we ordered was delicious, and this is absolutely a must-visit for anyone seeking an outstanding Asian cuisine experience in Medford.
Don't miss out on trying Yoki Japanese Restaurant & Bar for fantastic food and impeccable service!
Place was amazing
Great place for dinner with a few families for my husband's birthday. We had 3 children with us and it was perfect for what we needed! The food was fantastic from the lobster rangoon to the salmon maki. We will come again!

I can’t recommend this place enough. The food is amazing and the staff is excellent.
Great service and food!
We had no issue with this place. Service was quick (although it was not busy at all). Food was tasty, fresh. waitress was very friendly. Not expensive either.
Went here for a friend date night and it was sooo good. We were welcomed even before opening the door since the host could see us from inside. She walked us to our table when I realized that we would prefer a booth, I asked her if we could move and she happily moved us to one. On our walk to the booth one of the people in charge was very friendly and even complimented my hair which I appreciated. Once seated, we were welcomed by our waiter (Matt) who took our drink order. We were then approached by a different waiter which confused me for a second but it looked like they shared the service in our seating area. For drinks we got water with lemon, pepsi, coco chichi (many of them), coco-rita and coronas. The drinks were all very delicious. If you like fruity drinks, coco chichi is a great blend of mai tai and piña colada mix. If you like stronger drinks, the coco-rita was definitely stronger. We also tried green tea shots which I had never trekked. I expected strong and bitter but it was surprisingly sweet and smooth. Def recommend! For food we got the lobster ragoons, the california sunrise maki, the ninja maki, the beef ramen and the pork ramen. Everything was delicious. The salmon on top of the california sunrise maki was so creamy and good. The food was 10/10. Our server was very attentive and would come check on us often. The bathroom was so pretty. The decor around the entire restaurant was so nice to look at. It gave a sense of peace. The only part that made me turn my head was how much turning and walking you gotta do from the parking lot to the front door haha but there's a parking lot so that was a big plus.
I haven't been to this restaurant in over 10 years...it's even better now than it was then! The Red Sox roll is phenomenal. The Yoki Lady cocktail is also amazing.
