They get no stars. I walked in with my friend of 40 years to get coffee and a bagel. I stood at the counter for 3 minutes as the employee kept walking back and forth. No acknowledgement of my existence. Not I will be with you in a moment we are a little busy, nothing. I asked do I order through the app or at the counter, nothing. Good luck with your business. We went to Dunkin Donuts and they were happy to see us.

Single mini muffin sized hasbrown for 2.50$ was good but too expensive. And don't bother with the pastrami breakfast sandwiche. 2 of the thinnest slices of pastrami I've ever seen one average bagel. Go to davis square bagels and get something with actual substance.

Poor service. Slow and inefficient. Inedible tomato on my sandwich- which is a part of the sandwich- not something I added in. Bathroom locked no sign indicating key needed- key lost.

Great food…. And so slow! More then once I have gone and waited in line 15+ minutes and given up and gone to Dunkin. If you have a half and hour to spend greeting breakfast then it’s great.

I love brueggers but I don’t know what’s wrong with their toast machines, that’s the second time I go to get bagels and when you ask for toasted they are always come out overcooked/burnt. Second time I went back I asked to do only a light toast but it still came out burnt on the outside and not toasted at all in the inside. Very frustrating

Everyone was really nice and friendly. I got my bagel within 5 mins. The bagel tasted super fresh with a great cinammon flavor. Its very warm and inviting breakfast.

Saw a staff member use and leave the bathroom without washing their hands. The manager brushed it off extremely casually, and said that staff wash their hands in the kitchen. So... Everything they touch between the toilet and the kitchen sink is filthy? Really bizarre take on hygiene. I'll not be going back.

I had the smoked salmon on a garlic bagel, and it was absolutely amazing! The flavors were spot on, with everything tasting incredibly fresh. The bagel had just the right amount of crunch, and the smoked salmon was perfect. The service was fast, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely recommend it.
