disappointing all around. the older woman with maroon dyed hair was unpleasant and rude. I’ve noticed with many cafe nero locations across the board, the customer service has majorly declined. the employees are arrogant and don’t want to give you the time of day. when you don’t tip them for their poor customer service the true colors really come out.
this location was also teeming with obnoxious kids post school hours, and really isn’t somewhere i’d want to ever come back to. the wifi and quality of my coffee were both terrible. I do not recommend even out of convenience.

This great coffee!!!! Way better than any other. The staff are so accommodating. Great atmosphere for reading and studying. Also for discussions and meetings. I am really happy they are here in Melrose!!

Wonderful place to study or meetup and catch up with your friends or to just enjoy a nice cup of coffee. Different size table and spaces available to meet your party size. I had the chai and a chocolate muffin. My chai was a little too foamy for my liking but it was decent and the muffin was delicious and moist(I did have it warmed up). They also some options for the tea drinkers. And some savory breakfast items as well.

An employee approached extremely rude and asked Me to leave when I’m a patron there I will be complaining to the manager at Nero this is unacceptable for anyone who comes here and spends there money!!!
Much better alternative to Starbucks for the quality of service, meals and drinks and atmosphere.
