I love Cafe Nero. The way that it's set up furniture wise, book wise etc. But the prices are way too high! I'll probably never go back there again because of that. Thank you sorry

This place is pretty awesome and cute. The food and drink options are great for a cafe. The employees were kind and friendly. The coffee was also good and I would recommend going here.

This location operates a gas-burning fireplace with no ventilation/filtration. I might have been okay with hanging out there for a little while longer if there were forced air through ventilation pipe or a filter. But, it is wide open, and combustion by-products go right into the air for you to breathe in. The only filtration is your lungs.Everyone is free to make up their own mind here, so I would suggest just a basic google search on the risks of using a gas-burning fireplace indoors. Carbon monoxide and benzene are not your friends.I am surprised to see this in Melrose, actually. I generally see Melrose as having a lot of savvy property owners and recent homebuyers who probably have heard along the way that burning anything indoors is risky and homes that account for this risk do better on the market. I don’t know.. it’s just wild to me that this is a thing here.¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Cafe Nero is what Starbucks aspired to be back when people wanted to sit in there for a while.
