I keep ordering extra sauce… they do the opposite! The sides are good. Delivery is usually fast. They just refuse to listen to special requests. I ordered Brooklyn Style one time too and I got a hand tossed.

I went into this location and I ordered wings and a pizza and when I got into the car I tried the pizza and initially I thought they gave me the wrong sauce.. upon going in I realize I had made the error.. and when I was informed by the woman at the front counter and made the wrong error she wasn't upset she didn't give me any attitude. Instead she found a way to rectify the situation in upon it being my mistake still managed to get me the right pizza without having to charge me.. know that but she got it all promptly . Turns out she was the assistant manager name is Leandra and thank you Leandra it is hard to find good service in the food industry nowadays but you had handled that situation so well and so perfect and encourages me to come back to this location..

Started coming here instead of Reading even though melrose doesn’t deliver to my address. The past couple months there has been no consistency. Half the time the twists and bites have no seasoning:butter at all and the other half the time they are so skinny and burnt. Today we got bites and twists because my son loves them and they are so burnt and hard they are almost inedible

Ordered from Dominos today and this was my experience. I live in an apartment building for clarity.First delivery: never received a phone call to say it was delivered. I checked the app which stated it was. I checked outside my door and the main entrance of my building, no pizza. I called the store and an employee stated it was by a door and then stated I needed to check my building for it before they'd make me a new one. I called back ten minutes later after finding my pizza ice cold by an external door. The employee said "ya it's in the works and hung up".Second delivery: 45 minutes later I get a call stating the pizza is here. I tell him my girlfriend will be right there as I have to stay with my dog that was spayed today. She finds the pizza OUTSIDE, ice cold, no driver in sight.
I like their pizzas. Especially the simple ones like cheese pizza and BBQ chicken. Too bad this place doesn't deliver to where I live. Apparently it's a bit off from their coverage although it is about 7 mins drive. Wish the store looks more welcoming. It only has a counter to pick up or order and 2 benches to sit. Few parking spots in front of the store. No table to dine in.
Parking: One hour free parking spaces in front of the store on the street. I think there's only 3 spots so hopefully it's available when you go.

Horrible food, took one might of my sandwich and tossed it in trash, my 13 year old didn't even want to eat it. Plus the lady gave me no bag, i was juggling three small boxes and some other small items. She wouldn't put my stuff in a bag so i could walk out like a normal person. Domino's is so bad

Order regularly from here, never had any issues with delivery or food wise. Using their “issue reported” feature was quick and simple for the one time it was wrong. Affordable and good

Placed an order over the phone at 1:45pm and when it never arrived at 3:30pm I called to check and the manager claimed they never processed my order. No accommodation no apology.
