good quality but incredibly slow. one time ordered 20 minutes before i got there and they still hadn’t even started the order. on average takes over 10 minutes for my order to be done when i usually only get a bagel. on other occasions there will be a line waiting to order and nobody will come take your order for a very long time. while other employees are doing nothing or doing other things and two are left to deal with a huge crowd. I never like coming here anymore because it consistently takes 10+ minutes just to get a coffee

Never seen anything like this I was at dunks at five thirty this morning I went in ordered my food looked over saw three teenagers one was sleeping with his legs up over the chair the boy and girl were sleeping on the love seat on top of one another he was rubbing her legs then they curled up in a ball and went back to sleep someone reported them but the staff did nothing about it why

I waited 30 minutes for a food order that never came. I was a walk-in food order and ordered at the counter. I was order 3845. They were understaffed and they could not keep up with the demand and it showed. Other customers I was standing next to were also complaining that their orders were taking 2030 minutes and their drive-through line wasn’t moving either. It was a sad day at Dunkin’ Donuts.

I'm having the worst experiences with Dunkin lately. Three times in melrose, I have got pumpkin shots instead of butter pecan. It must be where they keep the flavor shots because it happened in saugus too. Also,I ordered a hot coffee and was given iced. They looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for the correct order. Mistakes happen....a simple acknowledgment would be great rather than 2 employees looking at me like I'm putting them out.
