I was being very patient waiting for my coffee i saw they have the coffe to somebody that ordered before me but still was patient, I just mentioned nicely that i was waiting they did t apologize or anything at all then they continue giving the order to other people that came after me. My order was only ONE capuccino, only ONE and I was being really patient until i just told then i didn’t want anything and left. I can understand when they have mobile order before my order but I saw people ordering things right at the counter after me getting their 3 drinks before me. If they explain “oh we have a problem with the capuchino machine” for example or whatever, I understand but they didn’t say anything at all. So rude!

This location closes at 9. I work overnights. I came in for a wake up wrap at 8pm. The young lady behind the counter proceeded to laugh in the direction of her coworker. She told me the sandwich station was closed for the night. This was not only rude, but corporate policy at most Dunkin locations is to serve food until close. I used to like this location, but lately when I come in to get something to eat well before closing time I get strange looks or an attitude.

My everything bagel was toasted perfectly with my vegetable cream cheese on the side just like I wanted. I really appreciated the girl at the register asking if I wanted the cream cheese on the side of on it. She repeated my order back to me. The place is spotless with everything neat and in it's place. This is one of my favorite Dunkins!!
I have a coupon for 99 cent off coffee at that time and they didn't want to give it to me. Had no problem at other location.

My husband and I walked in and was greeted and had ordered two coffees and had one of them made wrong. Asked nicely to have it remade and then got told that we hadn’t told them what we wanted in it and was told how they make latte's. I personally work at a dunkin and know how drinks are made and it was not made right to begin with. Would not recommend going to this Dunkin.
