My husband and I walked in and was greeted and had ordered two coffees and had one of them made wrong. Asked nicely to have it remade and then got told that we hadn’t told them what we wanted in it and was told how they make latte's. I personally work at a dunkin and know how drinks are made and it was not made right to begin with. Would not recommend going to this Dunkin.

I never have a complaint with his Dunkin' Donuts fast service. Excellent service really good people get everything right every time I never get burnt coffee. It never taste like it's been sitting for a long time. Everything's always fresh always good I don't know about anybody else but I was have great experiences every time I come here and I can't say that every Dunkins I went to especially the Georgetown mass one it's disgusting and the Saugus one is even worse I watch the woman kill bugs with her hands and not wash her hands and then make my food and the very next morning I was so sick all day and I have three jobs. I can't stay home and be sick. Highly recommend this one 100%

This was a bad experience my friends and I tried to order some food and they kept messing up our order, they needed so much help from other employees they all looked lost and the help didn’t seem to know how to help. They messed up our order as well. The vibe was not it. I come here often and it’s always like this. ?

So I came into this location early enough to avoid the after school rush,was greeted and my order was taken but not filled entirely,I was ready to request another coffee but was rung out/not asked if I was having anything else besides the coffee I was given/had ordered,I get it that location is busy at points,it wasn't then..one of many reasons why I don't frequent this location..service and customer care seems to have been pushed by the wayside

If I had the chance to give this a zero rating, I would’ve. Burnt my damn croissant and put way too much ice in my drink than it should’ve been.

Ignored by female worker, had Lyft waiting expressed my concern. Female fixed male his drink while DD male took just 1/2 my order ... ran around, older woman came out...time just passing...no one else even in the store!Hot decaf was empty..?? so he had to put new grounds to make some. I was running on time now so I yelled just use caffeine! The girl pours residue of decaf and adds my cream and sugar...something in my gut told me to check...the coffee was lukewarm! The man, without saying I was a liar, said no it was fresh. I told him to stop saying I'm lying and stick his finger in it...he did and then speaking with the girl in "their language" rude! She makes me a fresh HOT cup. My driver wasn't happy and it cost me more for my ride with Lyft.KP

I'm surprised to see bad reviews- this dunkin has the best tasting iced coffee by far- I don't know what they do different but it doesn't have that chemical taste all the others have. I hope they don't change! Seriously such better tasting coffee than other DD.
