Been a long time customer of the amazing ambience and great customer service and the food quality is always top par. Sad that I don’t live as close as I used to and only get out here when I get the chance once in a blue moon.
While the food here is consistently excellent, the service frequently falls short. In particular, my interactions with sever Gabrielle has been disappointing; she often comes across as dismissive, making us feel like our presence is an inconvenience to her.
The food and drinks are very good... making you're own breakfast sandwich is a game-changer.. all of the food is great.
The only downfall that keeps me from going more frequently is they don't have regular iced coffee. They have regular hot coffee, flavored iced coffee (decaf, hazelnut, french vanilla), and they have cold brew.. no regular iced coffee, which seems like a very simple thing to just not have when you have like 100 types of lattes lol... I get the cold...
