ordered LaQchara online for pickup and spent close to $90 on our order. One of the items was tacos asado, which should include steak. Unfortunately, the tacos came with no asado at all—essentially tortillas with toppings. Paying $21.50 for tacos with no meat was extremely disappointing.
To add to the unsatisfying experience, I was very generous with gratuity, which made the mistake feel even more frustrating. Errors happen, but for the price point, accuracy and quality control really matter.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves order checks, especially for online pickup orders.

We had the best lunch catered by La Qchara last Saturday for a group of friends from 4 countries (including Colombia and Venezuela). Everyone loved the food, particularly our friends from Colombia and Venezuela. They said the food was fantastic! Emily was so nice when she delivered the food, and it was right on time. We would definitely order from La Qchara again for such authentic food.

We arrived here from Indiana, but three of the four breakfast spots we tried were closed; this one, however, had a queue out the door, so we halted here. I still consider it our best decision ever! Impressive, indeed. They were really accommodating. And the ambiance is absolutely delightful! It was a fantastic experience; I'm grateful.

My GF lives close by here and we randomly went here since Ernie’s was closed. This place is great. I ordered a rice, beans, and I got my GF to order a side of chorizos with her breakfast burrito to give to me since she doesn’t eat pork, and chorizo isn’t a side item.
I loved my food, and so did she.

We are in town from Indiana and 3 out of 4 places we went for breakfast were closed, one had a line out the door so we stopped here.. I think that was the best decision we have made!! The food was amazing. The staff was so helpful! And the atmosphere is perfect!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

My takeout food had dozens of small plastic and paper pieces and a large piece of paper wrapping mixed inside the meal, between the beef and the pancake layers. Did the chef put the cheese with its plastic and paper wrapper within the food? Were they not looking? What else did they put and didn’t look? Absolutely disgusting. I called and explained the situation. They sincerely apologized and said the manager will call me right back to discuss a refund. 30 hours later and no one has gotten in touch with me. To the owner, would you eat this if every bite had plastic and paper pieces in it?

Excellent coffee, great pastries, awesome sandwiches. Al Latin American dishes and flavors. I had the Shrimp Arepas sandwich, it was excellent.

Sadly La Qchara is not even close to the quality, atmosphere or value that it used to be. The food is still expensive, but the quality is poor. Today the corn tortillas used to make my carnitas tacos were dry and stale. The meat was very dry and overcooked. There was a tiny dribble to pico de gallo on each one. I remember when they were so delicious! This was not a one-off.. I came to La Qchara regularly between 2012 and 2016. When I returned in 2020 it had gone downhill, but it the tacos were still pretty good. Today's experience will keep me from returning. So sad.
