I had to pick up an order from here, and they didn’t even start it until after the pickup time 😡. This is a very common thing with them. The waiter will say, “It’ll only take a couple minutes,” but after ten minutes of me waiting, I see them only just now putting some of my items on the grill.

Ordered an omelette with wheat toast, but I never received the toast. I also specifically asked for ketchup, but that was missed too. Small details, but service definitely needs improvement. That said, the food itself was great.
Service was good, but they were out of waffles, hat no ice for water and do not carry sour cream. A bit much for what it was.
