The waitress seemed like she was in a rush. Food was ok. Hash seemed like it had more cornbeef than potatoes.

This is a local diner in Melrose right on Main Street. They serve breakfast and lunch daily and only open from 6:00AM - 2:00PM. The food is delicious and prices are cheap and reasonable. The quality of the food is amazing, and the portions are generous. I love their breakfast/brunch and you can get things like breakfast sandwich, omelettes, egfs, pancakes, waffles, homefries, bacon, hash browns, ect. Their lunch menu is very good too! They serve sandwiches, wraps, salads, burgers and even have a kiddie menu and a vegan menu. The food is delicious, well prepared, excellent quality and reasonable prices. They have early bird breakfast during the week at 6:00am. There is tons of free parking on Main Stree, and behind the restaurant, and across the street.

The food is good, the bad thing is that the owner of that place is garbage. I went with my family and my nephews and I treat them like garbage. You go eat and leave the tip for the good service. I think Eya had better not work there. It has to be a example for your employees to have good attention

My Diner in Melrose is a hidden (although well known for those who live in Melrose) gem! This family-owned restaurant offers delicious homemade meals at great prices. Their friendly service and fresh ingredients make it a great spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I highly recommend checking it out, especially their Hash Benedict - it's glorious and a huge portion!"

Cozy diner! Waited outside for 15 minutes before getting seated, but worth it. Prices are very fair and service was fast. Came in starving, came out super full! Most diners only would give 2 benedicts for an order, but My Diner gave 3! Home fries were yummy. Highly recommend.

The breakfast at this place is way better than it has any right to be. They have some voodoo magic going on in their kitchen.. there is no other explanation!

Just came here for the first time, soon as we walked in we asked for one coffee and one chocolate milk. They don’t actually make the milk with chocolate syrup they just hand you a prepackaged chocolate milk. We tried to order from the hot foods section and the waiter told us we couldn’t because it was 8am and not 10am which is fine some establishments do that. Then I wanted chicken but you can’t order chicken because on weekends they don’t have a fryer. So I asked the waiter if we could just pay for the coffee and return the sealed chocolate milk to which she said no because she already “handed it to me” and charged me for both drinks. We were in there for maybe 5 minutes. It’s the principle, you’re going to charge someone for something when you just put it in their hands and they said nevermind they want to leave? A PREPACKAGED SEALED BOTTLE at that. Couldn’t help but laugh, never coming back.

They are very accommodating with special requests and substitutions. Omelet was huge and delicious.

Vegetarian options: They have a lot of veggie omelets and you can build your own or substitute.
