Rising Eagle is my go-to spot for a snack and drink, and sometimes dinner out. I’ve always had good service - best servers around, very friendly manager. They are accommodating and fun to engage with which enhances the experience. While I get there is a Revolutionary times theme, and there are period details - I don’t like the “don’t tread on me” flags and excess Americana…
I have Lunch there every week with a friend and the food and service are awesome. Juliane our server always takes care of us and makes us feel at home always. The Duck dish was excellent!
