I really appreciate that Sweet Spot will accommodate nut allergies! This past winter we got our first cake from them--a chocolate mousse birthday cake, which was perfect, no complaints. This month, I went back for a coconut cake with coconut frosting. While the flavor of coconut both cake and frosting were both delicious, the ratio of frosting to cake was way too high. There was very little cake and way too much frosting for my family's taste, and it's hard to imagine anyone would be happy to have so much frosting and so little cake! Next time I order from them, I'll specifically request only one thin layer of frosting inside the cake (instead of two), and a thinner layer of frosting on the outside of the cake. There were many of other treats at the bakery that looked beautiful and delicious, which I look forward to trying in the future.

I've gone to Sweetspot twice for custom cakes and they are truly phenomenal. They created a custom Fortnite cake for my sons birthday party and just created a 2 tier cake with dried flowers for my baby shower. The decorative work is AMAZING and the cake itself is delicious. Very VERY happy with their work and would recommend to anyone in the Northshore area.

I wanted to surprise my daughter with her best birthday cake ever and Sweet Spot did just that. They made me a Chanel birthday cake. I showed them the picture and boy did they nail it! As a matter fact, there’s came out so much better than the picture. On top of that, dealing with them through phone calls and emails was a pleasure. Great customer service, great product. Won’t go anywhere else from now on!

The best bakery ever! I have had everything from the cakes and cupcakes, to the quiche and chicken pot pie… and it’s ALL delicious! I highly recommend them for specialty cakes or cookies, as I feel they can do anything you want perfectly! If you like caramel delights, that is the best cupcake I’ve ever had! The cakes I’ve ordered from there are always moist, and delicious. The staff is so friendly as well! I got over 100 cookies made by them for my wedding for my seating chart and everyone raved about them! I just got my rainbow birthday cake from there and it’s sooooo cool! I highly recommend!
