I have been to T'ahpas 529 numerous times over the past 6 years and have been very pleased with the food, service, and vibe. This was our first time going on New Year's Eve. It was incredibly loud, ( the live music was great. but the very loud techno music made it difficult to have any kind of conversation with our friends). Both the bar and kitchen were behind. Our food did not come out as ordered nor did our drinks, and our waitress, who was very friendly and nice seemed overwhelmed by the chaos and kept offering to fill our water glasses as amends for the lack of food and drinks. I wouldn't go back on New Year's Eve but definitely would go back for a weeknight or weekend dining experience.

So disappointing. Had high expectations based upon ratings, but the service was a major shortfall. Waited 60m for an appetizer; then another 50m for two tapas. After waiting another 20m for our entree, the waitress showed up with our check and said “the kitchen is a mess” (so we didn't get our entree). She did comp one of the apps which was a nice jester, but we left hungry. We asked to speak with a Mgr or Chef and was told none were on-site. Called when we got home and did speak with a manager after all.

Tried 5 different tapas One was cold One was undercooked, Two took a bit to come out (bread and olives) arriving after most of our tapas. One was over seasoned, in my opinion, that it was all clumped together Service was slow for things you wouldn't expect (glass of wine). The kicker was being told “no rush but we kind of need your table” when we had just received our drinks and still had food on our plates. Overall overpriced for quality/quantity and service. Second time here and second poor experience. Don't think we will be back anytime soon. It's too bad because it's a cute little spot. Shout out to the band! Best part of the evening.

OMG! One of the best places we have eaten at in a long time!! We had an amazing server, Victoria. Plus, every dish we had we at least a 7 out of 10, most were a 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!! We tried like 9 things and had 6 drinks. We most definitely will be back!
Haven't been since they opened. Im glad we decided to try again. The menu is great and the beer selection is awesome. The food was incredible. Can't wait to go back.

I couldn't find a date on my previous review, but it's been a minute! It did not disappoint! Everything was amazing...I LOVE their brussel sprouts plate! When I madey reservation online, I saw that have a daily happy hour from 4-6pm; half prices tapas from a selected menu. We enjoyed the cocktail of the month, a mojito, and ordered 2 tapas at the bar, after arriving early before our reservation. Once seated at our table we ordered one tapas and their seafood paella to share along with 2 glasses of sangria. Everything was delicious. We're making a plan to go more regularly! Yay!
Great tapas and cocktails! Lively atmosphere, but use caution, all the little plates are delicious and it's easy to run up a bigger tab than you might expect. And the churros are muy delicioso!!! Lovely way to top off the experience.

Food and drinks were outstanding however I feel compelled to leave an average review because of how disappointed we were in the service.
Our waiter mentioned on 5-6 occasions that he was “in training” and knew nothing about the menu - not a single more experienced person on the wait staff came to check in or assist him. He also spilled water and drinks on us multiple occasions and tried to oddly memorize our orders but couldn’t and had to write them down and even then - he missed 2 items we ordered.
I feel badly sharing this feedback - it was not his fault as he was new (and very kind) and did as best he could but it was truly a reflection of the management that they let a group of 4 pay $300 for this poor dining experience. We brought some friends here from out of town and were embarrassed about how unprofessional and awkward the experience went. We hope they make changes otherwise I am not planning to return.

Excellent food and wine and great value. It took 40 minutes since we arrived, with a reservation, to place our food order.
