We decided to do pizza for Christmas eve dinner with friends. We ordered from Theo's and picked it up. They accommodated a little later pickup for us and everything was awesome. Our friends remarked on how great the pizza was. The gluten free pizza was so good my wife was suspicious it was not GF. No reaction so it was GF. Even the Greek salad was commented on as being tremendous.

I order here all the time and most recently I ordered a steak and cheese and the texture was terrible. I’ve had them before here and they were great. Honestly it was so chewy in parts that it turned me off from a steak and cheese forever. I called to let them know and the guy that answered insisted that I was wrong, repeated several times “I only order the best steak, not once in 20 years have I had a complaint” I’m not a complainer but the fact that he tuned out the fact that I was telling him that something wasn’t right and then didn’t offer any kind of solution was crappy business in my eyes

Me excited everytime I come to get my food the atmosphere oa extremely professional and the males there are extremely adorable and I appreciate my fresh food every time I ordered here. I do not ever have any issues even delivery guys all directly from Theo’s are the best! I refuse to use uber ears for them! My favorite pizza shop in the Malden and Melrose area, the guys have always had great customer service and the menu is all around solid, I especially like any pizza on the menu, chicken Parm subs, and mango habanero wings

This place is sketchy as hell. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered a pizza online that said it couldn’t go through but I was still charged … I called and they said they have no connection to the website that you order pizza from their restaurant from?? Just checked my bank account and they charged me $100 for a pizza I never got. Place is a scam, BEWARE!

I recommend their buffalo chicken finger sub, it’s the best buffalo chicken sub anywhere near the area. Even their buffalo chicken fingers/ tenders alone are great.
Their steak-tip garden salads are excellent, romaine lettuce available on request, and they offer a family-sized option which is great for 3-4 people instead of ordering individual salads. It comes with several of their house-made fresh pita breads which are amazing and a real bonus. The salads are worth it for just the pitas, but the salads are also excellent.
Very minimal indoor seating, 3 small tables, mostly takeout store-front.
Swing by if you’re in the area and need a quick meal. I recommend calling ahead.

Theo was the most accommodating and kind person we met in MA. We were on a road trip and we got in really late. Right before closing, he told us he would make us any pizza we wanted from scratch. He was very friendly and chatted with us as he made our pizzas. The pizzas were 10/10, some of the best pizzas we have ever had. We will definitely come back because of the pizza and his hospitality.
