It's a nice restaurant for a special dinner. This is our third visit for dinner in the past 6 months. The service is always wonderful. The martinis are amazing.The only issue I have experienced is that I feel the dinners and appetizers are a bit skimpy. Recently I ordered the Bourbon Glazed Salmon and while it was delicious, there were just two stalks of asparagus and a less than average size salmon filet.Again, the meals are delicious, but you will rarely take home any leftovers.If they didn't offer valet parking service, I would most likely not visit. Parking is difficult. The valet is necessary.

Food was fantastic and the atmosphere is really lovely. It's a special place for a special occasion. The service was a bit disappointing. We had at least five people serving us which seemed unusual - the original server, staff from the kitchen, the hostess (who took our order), and a second server to take our dessert menu and then the original service to present the bill. There were long gaps in between so I'd say the service did not flow as it did the last time. I did notice that we were the only customers that had so many people coming to our table. It was a slow night so I am not sure what the issue was.

Rare 5 Star Review Man is this place good On the waterfront, this restaurant is a world class experience for moderate prices. The food is delicious, with great flavors. I had the pork tenderloins and mashed potatoes, incredible flavor. Cocktails are perfect and the wait staff is exceptional. Very attentive but not too much so. We ate on a Saturday night, 5:00 pm, before going to a concert. The place was packed and without a reservation, we would have had to wait. TIP: Use the valet, parking is tight. Worth a visit. Thanks

Haddock with shrimp and linguini was excellent!!Our server was wonderful and went into detail on the specials for the evening. The view from the lake was outstanding from just about any seat in the restaurant.I would highly recommend!!

Absolutely wonderful, went last week had a table overlooking the lake with a full moon! The food was delicious and the service great. Only wish small children would not be permitted for dinner. It's such a lovely place and definitely more adult. I didn't even see a children's menu.

This is one of the finest dining establishments in the town of Mendon. A majority of the tables have a beautiful lake side view, and the rest of the tables are entirely three dimensional. The service is the best I have experienced in Massachusetts, and the seltzer with lime was pure and bubbly. I highly recommend this restaurant but please be sure to make reservations.Parking: You can either opt for valet, or you can park yourself on the side of the road. Luckily the stretch of road in front of the restaurant has "the largest shoulder in Mendon", which can easily accommodate the large family cars of today and tomorrow.

Went there for an anniversary dinner. The food was wonderful and the service was excellent. Though clearly very busy - we went on a Thursday night, and there were plenty of guests - our food was delivered promptly and courteously. They even provided us with a lovely creme brûlée with 'Happy Anniversary' written out on the plate. We would absolutely go again.
