Horrible customer service. I ordered a drink and a muffin through the drive-through and realized it was free donut Wednesday on the app and when I asked for the free donut, he said it wasn’t free donut day so when I pulled up the app on my phone, he said I can’t order a donut because I have to tell him when I placed my order on the speaker even though he has a whole rack of donuts behind him. I go to this Dunkin's almost every single day. Don’t advertise for something and make it impossible to get!!! So now I will be taking my daily Dunkin run to Milford.

Just ordered a strawberry refresher and med French vanilla hot coffee. Nice to know the kids who work there cannot make anything right. Coffee was watered down, luke warm garbage. Tea was weak. Should not have to pay 6+ dollars only to throw it away. Get your acts together or lose your job to automated machines that do not screw up.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! if I could give zero stars, I would. Waited 10 minutes for a medium frozen vanilla bean coolata. My other large frozen came out quick. Everyone kept walking by the window, and my drink was left on the counter as everyone kept looking at me and the drink. Four people did this for 10 mins till I finally knocked on the window and said something. They said sorry, thought one of the four people that kept walking by would have handed it to you. It was not busy, and we were the only ones in the drive-thru and maybe 1-2 people inside. Also, my drink was ice with milk in it. They forgot to add the vanilla bean syrup.

At 5:50 I went to the drive-thru and ordered an egg and cheese wrap they're not doing any more food they've already closed their food station. When I asked what time they closed they told me 7:00. Where is Management in this place? Been working outside in 85° humid heat all day feel like I'm going to pass out and now I can't even eat

If I could give negative stars I would. Wasn’t a long wait but the manager was rude at the window because they gave me the wrong item. Got my wrap and it was burnt past the point of being able to eat it. waste of time and money- the owners of this franchise need to do better. i cant get one thing right no matter if i go here, hopedale, any where. over priced burnt microwave food
Don't order here. I threw up due to how bad the coffee is. They don't listen to what you a for your orders, they don't full remake it, and then they refuse to remake it properly.Plus all they have is staff who don't listen, whom are incompetent, and who are rude / snoty to customers.

Drive through, order a refresher. Get it, very light, no taste. They remake it and remake with lemonade instead of green tea. Tell them it is still wrong. Manager comes to the window and says she is going to refund me as she can not make it to my liking and that it is all premixed. So I said they remade it with lemonade instead of green tea. They remake again and still tastes like water. I ended up driving away as the manager was rude. What is going on with Dunkins lately. I did not think rudeness was a hiring requirement.

I frequent this location due to convenience the manager is nasty to the staff always talking down to them I have never once seen her be polite to staff or customers I say thank you and she simply ignores my presence.
