I have been a frequent customer at the Mendon Ma. Dunkin since this store was a Dairy Queen many years ago and I can not remember ever having a problem with any manager or any staff members. Service is always excellent, coffee is always good, food is always fresh and the store is always clean. The problem with other review complaints is this new era of people who are to damn lazy to get out of their vehicles to go in the store and see how truly well the staff is. The laziness of using the drive thru has taken over many of the privileged people who seem to think that they are the only ones waiting for a coffee or whatever. Wake up people. When the store opens a 5AM this means some team members are up at 4AM or earlier to serve the public. Give them a break.

Their food is usually cooked well for the most part which is why i love this location. Donuts are fresh. The hash-browns are always hot and crispy. The wraps are always hot and cooked correctly. Which is why this is my favorite Dunkin location (I drive every morning from Milford, passing 3 other Dunkin’s JUST to come to this location) However, whenever I pay extra for extra flavor swirls, I never actually receive extra swirls. Also the sandwiches are usually not cooked well. They do not toast the bread or melt the cheese on sandwiches. I received an uncooked bagel, undercooked bacon, and a cold slice of cheese thrown together. So i avoid getting sandwiches from here. Overall the service is good and most of the food is good so I continue to return, just wish they actually cooked the sandwich’s!!

Best Dunkin in the area. Would highly recommend this location. Staff is well rounded, has clear knowledge on how to make drinks, and actually gets your order out quickly. But I’d not recommend coming on Saturday mornings, it’s a complete mess and they are always packed, but the line moves fast at least, and at least it’s not like Milford with their creepy staff that flirts with my sister who’s a minor.

Had to explain why less milk is needed when extra espresso is added to a latte. Multiple employees laughed at this and then proceeded to add the same amount of milk and overflow the cup when adding the extra espresso. Thus the reason I tried to teach them. This is a reoccurring issue at this location.

I go there after work around 600 pm like I’d do a few times a week tonight I went there to order a frozen coffee and the tall skinny kid told me he can’t make it cause he’s in the cleaning process!! I was actually so aggravated at this comment cause they close at 7 !!! How unbelievably LAZY this kid could not be bothered to do his JOB !!! I love entitled kids this isn’t the first incident I’ve had there. They’re all lazy and don’t wanna do their jobs. You should get rid of all of them and start over.

I asked if they had everything bagels as I did not see any bagels displayed and the person working the front told me, “yes, we have all the bagels we should have,” so I ordered one and a medium hot vanilla oat milk latte. What I paid for was a medium hot vanilla oat milk latte. What I got was a medium hot oat milk latte, no vanilla, despite being labeled 3 pumps of vanilla. Won’t be returning. Gave 4 stars for atmosphere because there was a group of old men enjoying their morning together and I thought that was very wholesome.

I ordered a drink and a muffin through the drive-through and realized it was free donut Wednesday on the app and when I asked for the free donut, he said it wasn’t free donut day so when I pulled up the app on my phone, he said I can’t order a donut because I have to tell him when I placed my order on the speaker even though he has a whole rack of donuts behind him. I go to this Dunkin's almost every single day. Don’t advertise for something and make it impossible to get!!! So now I will be taking my daily Dunkin run to Milford.

Just ordered a strawberry refresher and med French vanilla hot coffee. Nice to know the kids who work there cannot make anything right. Coffee was watered down, luke warm garbage. Tea was weak. Should not have to pay 6+ dollars only to throw it away. Get your acts together or lose your job to automated machines that do not screw up.
