I have been a frequent customer at the Mendon Ma. Dunkin since this store was a Dairy Queen many years ago and I can not remember ever having a problem with any manager or any staff members. Service is always excellent, coffee is always good, food is always fresh and the store is always clean. The problem with other review complaints is this new era of people who are to damn lazy to get out of their vehicles to go in the store and see how truly well the staff is. The laziness...

Their food is usually cooked well for the most part which is why i love this location. Donuts are fresh. The hash-browns are always hot and crispy. The wraps are always hot and cooked correctly. Which is why this is my favorite Dunkin location (I drive every morning from Milford, passing 3 other Dunkin’s JUST to come to this location) However, whenever I pay extra for extra flavor swirls, I never actually receive extra swirls. Also the sandwiches are usually not cooked well....

Best Dunkin in the area. Would highly recommend this location. Staff is well rounded, has clear knowledge on how to make drinks, and actually gets your order out quickly. But I’d not recommend coming on Saturday mornings, it’s a complete mess and they are always packed, but the line moves fast at least, and at least it’s not like Milford with their creepy staff that flirts with my sister who’s a minor.
