Great place to kill 30-40 mins waiting in line for food. Only name in town so no competition to do better. Seems to have issues handling massive amounts of online orders and walk-ins. Perhaps a larger grill area? Maybe pick one or the other? Regardless food is good and sandwiches are fresh and worth it.

Service is very slow and many workers you can aren't working they told me to wait at the register to pay and then let me sit for 20 minutes and they gave me my sandwich on small misshapen bagel that wasn't cut

I took a chance and showed up at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon after hearing about this place from Phantom Gourmet and there was actually plenty left in stock! I think they make stuff fresh throughout the day because I swear my muffin was still warm! I got both the blueberry muffin and the raspberry/orange and they were perfection! The tops were sweet but not completely crusted in sugar, they were clearly made in house from a recipe and I have a new muffin spot!

I just don’t get the appeal of this place regardless of location- the idea is great but it’s just a flop every time I give it a second shot, sloppy sandwiches dried baked goods… just can’t do it.

The Mendon location is busy, but service is excellent. The staff is very attentive, and get through orders quickly. The pastries are excellent. The muffins and dessert squares are big enough to share. The breakfast sandwiches are made to order, so they’re fresh and hot. Coming from someone who works in the food service industry, they have a wonderful setup from what I could see. Very organized. You can order ahead for pickup. Will definitely be back!

awesome place🤩 the muffins are INCREDIBLE!!! atmosphere is nice and staff friendly and personable. was decently busy on a saturday at 11:30, so i assume it’s pretty packed if you go earlier. one muffin (probably twice the size of your average muffin) and a small coffee is around 10.50. coffee was great although the pumpkin latte was extremely gingery. had nice indoor seating and a lot of other pastry’s besides muffins like cupcakes and even full cakes?🤪 never had one but they look great. definitely come here

The food and coffee is really good, but waiting over an hour and a half for ONLY A COFFEE is just absolutely ridiculous. I stopped coming here because of the insane wait times at every location, every time. And the staff always has such attitudes when you ask for an update on your order when you’ve been standing there for 35 minutes, after I already ordered online an hour before showing up.

Was so excited to go and try muffin house this morning. I have had so many people tell me how amazing it is. Showed up for some Sunday morning breakfast amazed at the sandwich options. Quickly saddened to learn it was at least a 30 minute wait for a sandwich. It wasn’t even that busy inside. There were open tables and two people in front of us in line. Skipped the sandwich I really wanted for a couple muffins. Options limited as majority were already sold out. Had to repeat our muffins multiple time because the person serving us wasn’t paying attention. Then ordered two coffees. Neither were great my mocha didn’t have much mocha in it at all. We go to pay and my fiancé hits the minimum tip not even looking. ALMOST $5 MINIMUM TIP!!! It was 4 muffins and two coffees and the minimum tip presented on the screen is almost $5 that’s crazy. We regret not paying more attention. After what I’d consider greatly over tipping for a few muffins and two coffees we didn’t even get the muffins. We had to stand aside trying to get a servers attention to get our muffins which were left back behind the country. What started as an exciting trip to try a new spot quickly turned into dread and regret. All I wanted was a quick sandwich and coffee not long waits, bad service, and aggressive tip culture.

Staff is rude, everything is over 5$ and muffins are almost 6$ for a single one, and the muffins don’t taste fresh either. Not to even mention I asked for ‘NO SUGAR’ and they added sugar in my Decaf Coffee. This place does not respect dietary or medical needs due to their complete disregard to what I said.

Also the girl who took my order and put it in, was rude, entitle, and a snooty teenage girl. This is the staff that’s on? When I asked for a manger, she said they were too busy for them to handle a small complaint. These kids need to learn a thing or two from Dunkin.

Visiting from out of town and this was recommended to us. Tried the pistachio muffin and blueberry banana nut muffin. Both did not disappoint!! Breakfast sandwiches made to order were also phenomenal. Had to wait a bit as this place is super popular (for good reason), definitely worth the wait.
