Food is really good. Service? Not so much. I understand there's a lot of people at once in there but it shouldn't take 20 minutes for a sandwich. The place also isn't the cleanest and I personally hate the crowd--I like sitting in a quiet cafe iykwim.

None of the workers know what's going on. Half hour for 2 bagels and 1 coffee. Come 9n Muffi. House, do better, seriously! And then when I got home my order was wrong. And an employee was rude when I asked for the extra cream cheese I paid for. I wouldn't go back if it were free.

The service is awful! Not once in 2 weeks have they got a simple order correct and every server scatters like rats the second the line goes down and they pretend to be busy doing something else and refuse to wait on the customers until a line forms again!! It's truly awful! They don't listen and it's pretty pricey to be giving the complete opposite of what a customer orders! I tried giving them multiple chances but it's not worth it when there are much better coffee joints with much better service around with far better tasting food! When 4 out of the 6 servers clearly hate their jobs the service severely reflects this!!

The best breakfast sandwiches in the area. They have a wide variety of coffee as well but I personally stick with the iced mocha & it never disappoints. It's usually best to order ahead online and give plenty of time as it can take a bit for your order to be ready. If you do decide to eat in the cafe has plenty of seating & it is comfortable!

Their turkey wrap is awesome. Highly recommend. There's almost always a line. You wait about 15 minutes from start to finish. I recommend ordering online.

This place is the best place ever. If I’m ever near one of their locations I have to stop. The staff here is so nice and their coffee is the best I’ve ever had. The fresh egg breakfast sandwiches are delicious. Ask for it over hard if you don’t want it scrambled!

I don't remember how I stumbled upon this amazing cafe. I been going to the Muffin House Cafe for 7 years now. Their muffins are huge and delicious. They have so many different flavors to pick from it will be hard to pick. I've visited their Mendon, Hopkinton and Medway location and it doesn't disappoint. They also have tons of coffee flavors and dairy options. One of my personal favorites is the hot vanilla chai. It's like Christmas in a cup. During summer I always get the big Lous. During the holiday season they have pies and my personal favorite one is their banana cream pie. If visit any of their locations be ready to have to wait since they are always busy. The staff is supper friendly. My favorite location is the one in Mendon since they have plenty of parking. They have indoor seating and during summer they set up tables and umbrellas where you can enjoy your food. The only reason why it doesn't get 5 stars is because during school breaks they have the young kids working and well let's say your drink is either made right or completely wrong. So it can be a hit or missed.

My son and I go here weekly for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Weekends are super crowded but you can order ahead sometimes when the app. works. I love the staff and they make the best Iced Mocha around. The manager is super nice as well. Muffins always fresh and sandwiches always so good! Love this place!

First time here! So many choices not a clue what to get. My son loved the chocolate cupcake(ate it even before I paid or could take a picture) I had a muffin which was super fresh and delicious even with the cafe closing with in 10mins. Cute little shop. Cafe was very dirty and sticky had to wipe a table to just eat at. Spent about $25 here.

Always a great sandwich- you have to order on line or be prepared for a heck of a wait. I ordered over phone as I was driving but because I didn’t pay I was in the same line as everyone else until your asked if you need assistance. An employee did go out of her way when I asked to get my bag and ring me out.
