Missed the mark on the food and management response. Brought ten friends for a second visit as a group. We had 6 prime ribs 2 seafood combos, haddock and a surf & turf. The prime ribs were very hard to cut and tough to chew, not sure why I brought leftovers home. The seafood combos had lobster that was inedible, similar texture to pieces of rubber. Over cooked to be sure. When the wait staff asked how the food was, they were told about the issues and stated they would get the manager in the lounge. The manager didn't show up for almost an hour and didn't seem to care about the issues. "What do you expect me to do" isn't really a good response. No offer of how to fix the problem. We were all done struggling with the food and preparing to leave disappointed.
The wait staff were concerned and apologetic and did their job well. The management should be emulating them. Missed the mark on almost all fronts, not sure about any return visits going forward.

First time dining here. I have heard it wasn’t the best food. My rice wasnt cooked, my husband meat was rare ordered medium. Chicken was dry. Best thing was the bread.

Always an amazing experience. The Lobster Rolls are the best we’ve ever had. Fried clams are awesome and my favorite steak around is their sirloin. Super friendly wait staff and just a comfortable atmosphere every time.

Haven't been here for a while so we took a ride. Place was packed which is always a good sign. Staff had a lot of tables so service a bit slower than expected. Atmosphere loud as place was bumping. Food is quite plentiful.You get rolls, salad, vegetables with your dish. Tried the stuffed Sole and wife had the surf and turf ( shrimp & prime rib ). Not cheap eats but worth the trip. You have to see the King Cut Prime Rib 😋 in person, like the Flintstones 😂.

The last time I was here, we were a party of 8 and everyone enjoyed their meal.
This time the basket of rolls consisted of 3 cinnamon rolls which were funky tasting and a piece of cornbread which was very good. I got the prime rib and lobster combo and my son got the sirloin and lobster combo.. The lobster on both of our dinners was overcooked and chewy. 😟 My prime rib was on the rare side, I asked for medium. Absolutely no flavor. I feel there is no reason for the restaurant not to provide fresh vegetables. So for a $160 dinner for 2( including tip) I enjoyed the cheese and crackers, the salad, and baked potato.

You would imagine a place with this name would have some options for steak 1st they don't offer a ribeye steak but offer prime rib it is the same cut and the waitress looked at me like I had 2 heads when requesting they grill a fresh piece of Ribeye second they had ny sirloin that is not a thing they have sirloin or ny strip and 3rd the place felt like a AARP hot spot bland food as to not overstimulate the elder clientele I hope they step up their grill game cause the place looks awesome but only 3 options doesn't scream new England steakhouse

Worst service ever!! Took 10 minutes before waitress took our drink order, waited 30 minutes for our salads and bread and an hour for our food. It's a seafood and steakhouse but on a Wednesday at 6:15 you have no steamers and no lobsters. That's what we went for. Took my husband there for a nice birthday dinner but was very disappointed. Sorry will never go back again.
Good food, was not a fan of one of the “bigger bosses” and there attitude.

Amazing meal and our waiter, Levi was the best! Personable, efficient and fun! Highly recommend! Dinner came with pub cheese and crackers, salads, onion roll, blueberry bread and cinnamon roll, large salads and huge portions! We will be back!

We just had an outstanding meal at New England Steak and Seafood. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the portions were incredible. The cocktails were also excellent and worth the price. And if that isn’t enough, the prices were excellent, and Alyssa gave us outstanding service. Wow! What a great experience.

I recommend everything. This establishment checks every box. The atmosphere is so welcoming, the food is exceptional and we were shocked at the bill. VERY good value for the quality of food and service you receive. Mark was our server and I have to imagine he gets an overwhelming amount of compliments every night. Best meal and service we’ve ever had.

First time, but definitely not the last! Our server, Kim, was friendly, attentive and efficient, didn't rush the courses, and gave us time to enjoy each one. The servings are HUGE, atmosphere is rustic and cozy with old school memorabilia everywhere. Prices were more than reasonable for the amount of food you get - leftovers for days. Well worth the 35-40 minute drive and we look forward to our next visit.
