Placed a take out order for 2 Italian subs everything on it.. upon answering the phone im greeted with an abrupt DELeo’s. Place my order for 2 Italians, ready in 10. Awesome… get my order home and open up to bread and a few slices of meat and cheese. Thats all. Nothing els.. so I figure hey no problem I’ll call and they’ll make it right.. that was my first mistake. With considerable rudeness we are going back and forth”well it was ordered “plane””.. Who orders an Italian plane…. Mam, that’s a HAM & CHESSE. After asking for them to remake they left me with 2 options, you can come get your toppings or bring them back and we can put them on. alright. I’ll bring them. Upon walking in all the toppings are bagged up after I requested they just put them on for me. Not a build a sub. At the end of the day. The damn Italian had what it was supposed to. But what the issue here is the blatant rudeness and disrespect to a customer… understand it’s a simple fix but why do we have to make it more complicated than it needed to. Eat the cost and remake it the right way! I definitely will not be returning and taking my business to Merrimac house of pizza. They have NEVER had an issue like this and always pleasant to talk to on the phone.

the pizza smelt really weird and tasted blah, the fries were bad and no salt, and the onion rings were over cooked. i also had a chicken finger dinner that came with 4 tenders and one was all fat.
The pizza was phenomenal.Great hand tossed dough that made for a very tasty crust.The sauce is also very well made with great flavor!It's definitely a hidden gem for a pie!
