Every morning the help makes way too many hash browns then set them in the bed. They are soggy and cold from sitting. Ask for new ones and they give you more from same area. Sign of lazy workers and bad management.

I would like to compliment the team members that were working Drive- Thru, the afternoon of 5/12/2024. From the friendly and welcoming voice on the speaker taking my order to the smiling and efficient young lady at the Pick-Up Window, my visit was a very pleasant experience. When I got back on the Interstate, I found the coffee to be delicious! Thank you DD Merrimac, MA!

Very rude employee came outside and accused me of littering with no apology. Young man needs manners.

An older Dunkin but clean and bright. Stopped mid afternoon and it was quiet unlike a morning visit later in the week when things were really hopping. This place does a heavy drive thru business so be careful if you are forced to wait along the road.
