Merrimac House of Pizza

I don’t get to stop here as much now that I’ve moved away but whenever I’m back I make sure and grab something. I’m eating food outside and feel the need to review, Most affordable pizza you’ll ever find and most everything on the menu is good, everyone working there is always great too. Love their calzones, they always come in what I call a “toilet seat” shape instead of your typical folded in half pizza and it’s become so nostalgic for me to get one. Byron was always amazing to us when we were all kids too and I’ll never forget that, letting us pay with change or come back the next day with money. Place deserves 7 out of 5 stars

Pizza barely cooked , all doughy and asked for well done. Not good.

Love that their back. Owner is a complete gentleman and their italian sub makes me hungry just typing about it

I had just gotten out of work, and this was the only pizza place open near by. I walked in and no one acknowledged me for about 10 mins. A man with gray slicked back hair asked can I help you? I told him I was picking up an order. He then tells me I don’t have any orders. I told him my boyfriend called 30 mins ago for 2 steak and cheese. He tells me no I have no orders, and tries to convince me we called Merrimac NH house of pizza. Then I tell him no it was here, and he says “oh I forgot that was me who took the order” proceeds to make the steak, taking it from the cooler with NO gloves on. Asks me about 5 times how we wanted them done. Waited for about 30 minutes. Then I go to pay, and he says no card. So I give him the cash and head home. I was just hungry and exhausted at this point. When I got home to eat I was MORE than disgusted and disappointed. The bread was not toasted and stale, the steak was not seasoned and barely cooked. Cheese was not melted at all, and was made with hots which I specifically did not ask for. I took a couple bites and through the whole sandwich away, and most likely got food poisoning from it. I highly do not recommend! Unprofessional, rude, and disgusting food!

This place is terrible I got stomach virus ordered a steak and cheese wasn’t fully cooked than acted if I never placed a order over the phone I waited over 40 mins just to have a uncooked steak and cheese stay away bad food and service

I've been going to Mhop my whole life. Great place, great people, great food amazing prices. Can't beat their basic cheese or a crab meat sub!!!

Best food in Merrimack with reasonable pricing, but the best part is you can't beat the staff. You go in there and you feel like family, they will smile and hold conversations. That for me sometimes is far more important than the food. They have good customer service perfected, and it's just natural for them. Been going to this place for many many years.

I’ve been going here since I was a little girl. I’m 24 now. Absolutely love the people here, and the food. My favorite pizza EVER. I really hope the spot is able to open soon! Miss it here so much!!!

I have been lucky to have been going here since I was a young lady and now I moved close enough this is our go to pizza spot. The crust is buttery and delicious and the toppings are fresh. This is a cash only establishment but that’s why the prices are so good. Staff is friendly and family atmosphere.

I had a calzone and it was loaded with peppers, onions and sausage. It was the bomb!!! Definitely coming back!

They only take cash but it’s worth it (plus there’s an ATM next door.

Pizza was awesome

What a lovely pizza from friendly folks! We'd drive a lot further for pizza this good, but as new Merrimac residents we don't have to! 🍕🎉♥️
