UPDATE: owner sold store. New owner business firm and the locals are not happy. Dont see as much custom now. You can still get a decent sandwich and the newer workers are fine. Local flavor gone tho. Just not the same. Too bad. Cause people now want these local places back.

Place was the best for the 30+ years I got food there. then the new owners came in and started trying to fix things that weren't broken and change things that didn't need to be changed. it's completely different and not in a good way. That place didn't stay in business for this long by chance, so why go and change everything that made them so successful. I will not be supporting this local business anymore and I suggest you do the same. Food, service and atmosphere are all compairingly horrible to how It used to be. If you have been going there for years and haven't been since the new owners took over, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. You're welcome.

Update* After writing this review, Borrelli's not only fully refunded us but also followed up with an email. They took ownership, apologized and said they would work on tweaking this menu item. I think that's amazing customer service and I will be back because of it!
I really hate to do this but I am so disappointed in the food that I ordered. I ordered two trays, chicken Marsala and chicken broccoli Alfredo. The chicken Marsala was chicken tenders, with very minimal sauce. I heated up according to instruction and it turned to mush. To be honest, I was embarrassed to serve it. They are closed today but I will be calling to follow up this week.
