Ordered a double cheeseburger plain...got home it was a single cheeseburger with ketchup and mayo. Tired calling store got no answer ..this happened just before 11 pm

A very bad place, the service is terrible. I arrived on Monday and it took 25 minutes to give me my hamburger and, in addition, the girl made a mistake and gave it to me with bacon and cheese and I asked for it without anything only the meat the girls spoke in Spanish and ignored me when I told them that when it was missing for my order to come out

SO I GO TO THIS BURGER KING ON THURSDAY AND GET A TRIPPLE WHOPPER MEAL THE NEXT DAY IM IN PAIN GOT REALLY BAD DIARRHEA AND STOMACH PAIN WAS OUT OF WORK FOR 3 DAYS FOOD POISONING I AM NEVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN I DID A REVIEW A WHILE BACK BUT I GAVE IT ANOTHER CHANCE THEY BLEW IT THIS TIME STAY AWAY FROM THIS BURGER KING IT IS BAD NEWS

Very disappointed at this place today you won’t see me here again. I waited about 10min on the drive thru then I spoke to the speaker and said is anyone taking orders no one answer me I drove my van to the window and here I meet this person. The first thing she tells me this van the speakers or headset won’t work. I told her that’s strange because I come here a lot I never had that issue then she tells me if she would have seen me from the window I told her I was there for 10min so clearly she is not paying attention then she said what do you want.? at this point I had enough so I told her I don’t need anything. NO hard feelings but she needs to be retrained on customer service like soon. I have worked for Wendy’s I became a Shift Manager and at Papa John’s I was the General Manager. I have at least 10 years or more in the fast food service. Believe me my customers loved me the owner of that franchise is still my friend today.
