Showed up on a Friday night/Saturday morning at 1:30 hours are supposed to be till 2am…. Employees still there still answering the drive-through but we’re extremely rude and unprofessional while telling us they were closed. I asked don’t you have another half an hour in worker rudely replied no we don’t when it’s clearly stated, completely unprofessional!!! will never come back here again!!!

Don't let the appearance fool you. The food and staff can be very well prepared. Keep your anger to a minimum and they'll be happy to serve you. I've only had a hand full of issues and I've been eating from here for over 13 years.
3 days in a row dried out and not cold but not warm either chicken fries that look like they have been under a heat lamp all day.Think of what a shriveled-up hot dog Looks like. I gotta find a new place to eat. I'm paying way too much money For the quality that they're giving me.

Food is always cold , any one would assume the food is not freshly made upon ordering .
Well it's BK, very popular in the NE USA. I don't think either one of us ever got a completely correct order. Things that are on the menu they say they don't have when you go to pick up your order. One location claimed to be 6 miles away and was way more than that, probably about double that at least. It was late at night though and we were hungry ?.

I went there at about 6:30 pm. today the 10th of August 2023 through the drive thru and they made wait at the intercom for about 10 mins., then they said they gave me everything I ordered, but was missing a Sandwich, so I had to drive back, thankfully I wasn't far yet. Then I didn't even get an apology. They gave me a small bag for a big order. Then when I finally ate it, the food was cold, and my Sandwich looked, and tasted like it was days old, so I couldn't even eat much of it. My girlfriend Sandwich was also extra wet, and she couldn't finish it either. Worst fast food experience I ever had; never coming here again.

So i go to this burger king in methuen with my nephew and i see that they’re kids playing in the play area. I then go to bring my nephew and they have the area locked which is not okay because if its closed why are they allowing other kids to play. I guess one of your employees could have they’re kids playing there after they just told me its closed due to covid. Every burger king really has unprofessional staff and really need to have the rules regulated, its unfair.
