The hamburger buns were so stale I was able to knock on them and produce a sound.
It was take out so I didn’t know until I was home. I come to this BK about once every few months. This happened once before a very long time ago and I staying away for a while and hoped for staff change. Which did happen. Now I’m back to not coming for a while and hoped for staff changing again. (Management) I think they say push the product even if not quality. JMO

“Open till 3” but they just shut the screen for the drive thru off and don’t answer past 2:10. Oh and they don’t have shakes….EVER. They are there, they just don’t want to make/serve them. Too much effort. They get mad when people show up before 3

I got a free Whopper with bacon done my way from Walmart+ through the Burger King app.
I paid the up charge for bacon instead of buying anything else and had them grill it and cut it in half. Total cost $1 plus tax.
The lobby was closed though, obviously because they don't want people that need a bathroom coming there after 10:00 p.m. I didn't know that till I tried to walk in and the door was locked. So I grabbed it through the drive-thru but that was good too. Not the atmosphere but the food and service.

People working are lazy and don't care about anything. Onion rings and cheesy tots were mushy because they were rushing. Terrible customer service got ignored for 7 minutes.

I never eat inside, but today I was meeting my sister which this location is halfway between our homes. I specifically asked for my sandwich to be done a certain way and the person at the counter definitely understood and after giving the sandwich to me came right back because he thought it might be wrong as the numbers I guess the Cooks put on the wrapping were illegible. When I did open what he thought was the right sandwich it was wrong and I brought it back and I heard him clearly emphasize that all I wanted was mayonnaise and lettuce to the cooks (I also heard him say that the first time) And can you believe the second sandwich was made the exact wrong way again!? I’m glad I didn’t go through the drive-through and get home to find this out. The manager tried to make it right, but at this point, my sister had finished Her meal and it was time to go and they did refund my money. This was definitely not the counter person or the manager’s fault, but those cooks obviously do not listen as I heard it told to them very clearly, the first time and more sternly the second time - Not sure how they could possibly make the Exact same mistake When they’re aware, it was a sandwich returned because of what they did the first time. 🤷‍♀️
