If you like food poisoning come here. I watched one of the workers go from pushing a cart to touching their greasy hat, then handling the food they serve to customers. I brought it up to management attention. Everyone that works behind the register is to busy laighing,talking in a foreign language, on their phone to answer anyone that asks a question. No one speaks English barely and they only ask what size you want for a meal it's either "medium" or "large" no small is available to them. If you ask for small they don't seem to understand or just didn't care enough to ask.

This place was horrible, after school me and my mom came her to have chicken nuggets, fries, a whopper and a drink. We were on our way to pick up our food when all of a sudden the waitress drops our food on to the floor. So me and my mom go inside and ask for the manager who refuses to give us her name. We try to call Jorge but he doesn’t pick up because he didn’t have any service at the time. We planned on suing burger king but we gave mercy. Heads up all this food cost about 40 dollars so we are pissed after we don’t get all our food. We were left with barely any chicken nuggets, no fries, we got the whoppers and drink but we didn’t get all our food. Fast forward to 2/16/2025 We ordered from the same place again and we got everything but the fries. I’m convinced that this place hates us so from now on the Burger King outside of the loop is better than the one next to Taco Bell. So I really recommend that you don’t come here it is a horrible place and they don’t show any respect.

Lord have mercy...I came jan 31 2025 for 3 double hamburgers cooked well done. NONE of the workers could understand English. I had to get out my phone, download a translation app and type and show my phone to the workers. THEY STILL COULDN'T UNDERSTAND "WELL DONE BEEF PATTY"

The WORST fast food restaurant in the state. You’ll grow old sitting in the drive thru waiting for anyone to take your order. Worst staff/customer service you’ll ever experience because they simply don’t work. They won’t take your order and won’t give you your online order in any less than 30 minutes.

I asked the ingredients on the fried pickles I had to ask three times for him to understand me then he laughs at me and says oil I said what kind of oil and he laughs again and says I don't know are you kidding me This is customer service nowadays they don't teach their staff about food allergies etc who would feel safe eating at a place like that when the staff member laughs when you ask ingredients so now I'm at Chick-fil-A where I always get good customer service and I'll get something from their menu
