The chia tea is delicious; I usually buy the taro milk chia tea. However, the service I received that day was awful. The man was on his phone chatting the entire time he made the tea and charged me. He had his phone in his hand. When I asked him something, he ignored me and didn't even answer because he was on his phone chatting. Very poor customer service.

It’s a boba tea shop that has bahn mi sandwiches. Ordered a Thai milk tea, which has some foamed whip cream on that top that made it sweet. Ordered the sac biet & pork bahn mi sandwiches. The drink was good, not that sweet except for whip cream and the dac biet was good. Saved the pork sandwich for tomorrow’s lunch. Friendly service. No bathroom though.

This place has fantastic Boba, and very delicious banh mi. Very clean store, and easy parking. The women at the counter was very friendly and welcoming with a big smile. I would definitely recommend trying this place out!

This place is amazing and has the biggest and best selection I’ve seen. The boba is also super tasty and I’ve never ordered a drink I didn’t like. The inside is super nice too, I love their plants.
