Food is always good. Service is the best in fastfood world. But it sometimes takes a while to wait in the drive through. I wish it has kids playground!

I love Chick-fil-A so I decided to do a mobile pickup order at the Methuen location. I picked it up in store, then ate it at someone’s house. I was almost done my meal when I noticed a piece of plastic at the bottom of my fry container. I have no idea where this came from or how it happened. Needless to say I did not finish my fries since this is gross. I know it’s just plastic but this should NOT have happened and I have no idea how someone didn’t notice this when making my meal. I just thought I’d share. Ordered at 6:04 pm on 8/2/25

We stop here every year on our way to Rye Beach, NH and it never disappoints. We travel with our dogs and the staff are always so thoughtful to bring water and treats outside for them. The food is consistently great too!

We had went to chick fil a today for the first time. The Male General manager had called out one of my friends she is female and he profiled her and had opened the bathroom door stating “ this is a women’s bathroom only women belong in the bathroom”. This was very uncalled for. We felt very uncomfortable. Everywhere was staring at us. This service was uncalled for and I will NEVER be back here again. Something needs to be done.
