This review is based solely on customer service. The food is and has always been very decent.I have been ordering from here for over 11 years. My company is less than a mile from there. Today what I experienced is nothing less than insane.3 of us had a hankering for Chinese and called China star as we have for the last 11 years. We ordered combination plates. Food arrived hot in less than 10 mins! Amazing! 1 of us didn’t receive a full order (no big deal people make mistakes)… He called explained the situation held on hold for over 10 mins, finally a manager gets on and proceeds to basically assume he was lying. After a few comments he offers to drop off the missing component (beautiful!) after 90 mins of waiting (rest of meal is cold and gross at this point) he calls and asks for a refund of his plate. The manager then says “Sure come bring me back the food and I’ll give you a refund” you have to be kidding me. We will never be back.

After being their good customer for years I wash given an very incomplete order , then put through the ringer to get my refund. I still can't believe,they make a huge mistake ( forgot to bring the lobster sauce in their Lobster sauce combination plate) then they were surly on the phone,questioning wether i even ordered from them. Then they made me bring back my food. They told me ,first the manager,then the owner have to approve refunds.I forgot to mention,I didn't cancel until almost 2 hours past from the time I called to remind them they never brought Lobster sauce. Then I called to cancel.I will bever buy anything from the again,barbaric treatment. Then after all the grilling over the phone the manager nor the owner,would come out and face me.
Damn Pig female taking my Order was PICKING HER NOSE while taking my order, passed pen with left hand with Nailtips. Passing the receipt after still picking her damn Dirty Nose. Plus touching her hair.

China Star is amazing!!! My Wife and I celebrate Thanksgiving on Friday with our family. So we always have Chinese food on Thanksgiving Day. Their food is the best!! Try them they are hands down the best Chinese food I have had.
Please ignore changing Christian lives review considering they in fact do NOT have a website and the price they are speaking of is from a photo of a menu that who knows how old it is. Some people shouldn’t have access to reviews.
They are liars!!! There website says there combination plate letter K is $10.95 I called and they said it was 14,95!!! I told them there website said 10.95 and they dad ..."we don't have a website "! UNBELIEVABLE LIES!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

I go in fairly often for their chicken… in the few weeks since I’ve gone they’ve raised the prices, the portions have gotten smaller, and now they no longer include a side of white rice. The price going up I understand… but also cutting down on what we get? Eh. I probably won’t be going here very much anymore. It’s a shame though, because it’s good food. They don’t offer an updated online menu anywhere from what I’ve seen, so I was surprised by these changes when I picked up my order.

Called in cause the food Is ok. But for w.e reason even tho the menu says special request will have a extra charge when I asked to switch my pork fried rice to shrimp fried rice lady just refused to and wanted me to buy a whole order of rice smh definitely lost a customer!
