This is the worst ever Chipotle location i have ever been. The service is very bad and the attitude of the staff is very rude and also the manager and the general managers are totally useless and have too much attitude. They don’t know how to treat the customers. We ask for something that we need but the server told us that they don’t have any more and after we finished our order they fill the stuff that we looking for so I don’t know what kind of service is that. And when we talk with the genral manager regarding the situation instead of helping us she is giving us attitude. So pls guys think before you go to eat this place.
I went there from A 50 minute drive just to go there get a bowl and the queso was all crusted up dried up. I tasted a meat and it was like burnt edges of a pan then no, was telling you that I can get she said those are only online orders and The store literally closed at 10:45 and I went there at 10:20. It was not that deep.

the place is dirty as hell and the chips they gave me are the most stale i've ever had! saying the costumer service is poor would be a compliment. the worst chipotle location i've been to.

This is the worst Chipotle I have been to. The system is broken with the staff and they have no synergy. The women making the food stacks orders for some reason ,so even when the completed order is dine she adds the next one to the existing order creating a 10 min backup trying to figure out what order is what. I ordered my food and the rest of the staff went to the back of the kitchen area to talk and do nothing while a lined formed behind me. My food sat there for 5 mins as i waited to cash out. None of the food was being restocked and the place looked unorganized. I don't recommend eating here and I hoping I don't get sick.

I ordered a mobile order for 2 o’clock. I had gotten there a little bit before and my order wasn’t ready as expected because the app had also said it had not been ready. I waited until the app said my mobile order was ready on the shelf, to then go ask The employees if they have a mobile order ready for me. All they say is hold on and continue to stand there staring at the ingredients doing nothing. I then wait an extra 10 minutes. Nothing has happened and I ask again where is my order they ask for my name and cannot find my order anywhere and tell me they’re going to remake it. I then sit down for another 10 minutes while my order is being “prepared” And finally leave 20 minutes after The supposed time it was supposed to be done, which was 2:00. And when I finally opened my bowl, I was able to see the bottom of the bowl as soon as I opened it up. How are You overstaffed yet cannot make a simple mobile order for a requested time? And seriously if you are going to hire people and put people on the mobile order station, you shouldn’t put people who are going to stand there and do nothing and when asked where someone’s mobile order is, they shy them away and continue to stand there doing nothing.

I placed my first online order here and picked it up. (mostly because the place is so dirty that i don't even want to eat there, it's never clean, anyway the lady who gave me my order WAS very nice, but she didn't put the dressing cup cover on tight, so when i carried it out put it on my car seat, drove home, when i went to carry it out, i realized the dressing cap fell off and it poured EVERYWHERE!! all over everything sparing only the chips. When i went to contact chipotle online, you can NOT reach any customer service (new thing that all the crappy companies are doing) You can write a report but unlike the old days, you're supposed to just DEAL with mistakes and errors of the employee now and just take the loss. Really bad business practice. Anyway i found online the number to call and called. When i tried to explain what happened she just said that she'd make a report and they would try to do better. No offer of compensation of course. So when i asked if there was anything they could do about the fact my meal was ruined, she acted confused like she didn't understand what i explained really clearly, and she almost acted like i was crazy or exaggerating...made me feel VERY uncomfortable. Again very bad business practice. Then she said because i used a coupon and didn't pay ( i DID pay!!! i paid for a quesadilla and chips and salsa! but I had a buy won a buy one get one so i got a quesadilla.) she said she couldn't replace the meal but would give me a coupon to replace only the thing i bought. That's pretty sad. All i wanted was to have a nice lunch with my mom and not have to deal with a ruined meal error of employee, Ruined meal, loss of product, and then humiliation for trying to get compensation for it. It's really a shame how businesses are now a days. I am not one of those people who wants things for free or is cheap or greedy. I simply just feel people should do the right thing. Awful experience.

Don't ever go to this location expecting to get what you want in your bowl/burrito or whatever. Always missing multiple choices for meats or other add ins. After giving them a few chances I'm not going back to this location.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. What a horrible place! They're so pathetically unprofessional I cannot believe the store is still open. Seriously just go to ANY other Chipotle. Less wait and less drama from the emplooyees.
