Had lunch there on Friday. They open at 11am. Got there at 1215 and the place was absolutely filthy. Every table the whole floor. Nasty. Probably 8 people working and the place was filthy.

I had ordered ahead of time using the app once I got my food and got home it seemed as there was only a small scoop was put into my bowl. At the time it was not a big deal but once eating it the chicken was completely burnt and I had also found a hair in it. I’m very disappointed considering I haven’t had any issue until ordering the food. The past three time of me ordering ahead. My food has either been wrong or wasn’t enough.

A year back, I found a green stink bug in my lettuce lol, I’ve seen them throw old rice on top of new fresh rice. Also does it hurt when I ask for more when I’m the one paying for my bowl??

I love Chipotle but I will avoid this one at all costs. The girl at the counter was super slow and rude. Communication was less than satisfactory and she got my son’s order completely wrong. It wasn’t even that busy.. very disappointing experience.

Food and portion sizes is extremely hit or miss at this location, and at times it is extremely understaffed theirs days I ask for a scoop of something, and they give me a quarter of a scoop it's ridiculous other days they fill your bowl up all the way but that's not rly the biggest complaint this location tends to be very messy and unclean at times and staff are not very friendly and at ome point staff where so understaffed waited 10 mins for them to cook some chicken on the grill since they ran out of both chipotle honey and regular chicken ridiculous
